Tara, you are by far the most down to earth, sweet UA-camr around. You have such a deep product knowledge and I always know that your opinion is truthful and well thought out. I really appreciate all that you do! Thank you for being you!
Hi Tara !!! I can not believe it !!! OMG, I could not be more happy, thank you !!! Since I discovered you many years ago I am so excited everytime I get your video notification! and here with this one you made my day, week, month and beyond !! Thank you so much!! I really enjoy every single video you make! The Dior brow little compact is also in my 2018 favs, since I got it I did not use anything else! Lots of love from Switzerland: D PS: you would love to come here, my office is located near a chocolate factory and several times a year it smells like the best chocolate inside the office ... so cool and we all just want to eat chocolate all day long! : D
Ohhhh queen herself! I was just thinking that I’d love to try your brushes and her mentioning them again sealed the deal for me! So any sales from me in the future, you can thank Tara for! ❤️
Christy Blomberg I used the Renu multi-purpose solution by Bausch and Lomb. My fiancé gets it at Costco. Yes, I had a few that completely dried up, and this brought them back in full force. I think any contact solution would do the trick. 😊
My daughter got me the Pat Mgrath mothership5 for christmas and it has totally ruined me for other makeup pallets, The formula is like nothing else I own, and trust me I have a ton in my collection. I just can't get enough of this pallet and I use it everyday. Great video ty so much!!
Not only that. She really gone through her favourites and keep repurchasing them which means she really loves it!! Unlike the other UA-camrs they have different favourite products in the same category every months!!
I just picked up that unicorn bronzer at tjmaxx for 12.99! I was driving home regretting my impulse purchase but now that I see you love it I’m keeping it!
Jouer ultra foil palette is the most under rated product last year. The formula of that eyeshadow is the best. I ordered 1 first when it was on sale on Sephora and after using it to my model's makeup, I was shook and ordered another one. The Kevin Aucoin electric palette has the same feel on it.
I just watched this TWICE! No one has the products you have, I love what you choose for yourself! NEVER boring, and I get to see your cat levitate! Love it :)
@@lillysworld3935 oh man, I signed up as soon as I saw the link, but haven't recieved anything about actually being able to order it😭 I wonder if you have to have spent so much $ @ beautylish?
I love your videos ! Your bone structure is so amazing! I always look forward to your haul videos and appreciate all the swatches and genuine thoughts on everything about products (from packaging to feel to performance, etc) Thank you for taking time out of your day for us!
love the video! i'd also be keen for a video on how you apply your base/skin makeup, showing the techniques you use. i always love the way your skin looks xx
Loved this! I love hearing about your favourites because you are so passionate about them. I see how much joy they bring you and that brings me joy. “Yolo man!” You’re a treasure Tara 💖
Yes ,I agree with what you said on certain brow products some will break my eyebrows out, I never tried the elf lip oils but I do the same with Milani lip oils for prepping my lips and what's fun about them is they have different fruits and oils to target of what your needs are.
Iconic nude- only lip liner I use!!!! I love that you show us products that you discovered in 2018, only. 😊 Because when you watch someone regularly, especially their emptys, you can usually pick out their favorites.
Oh and I love adept too, I own 4 of their double sided palettes as well as several of their regular palettes, they are great quality and priced well too :-)
I LOVE the Bare Minerals loose foundation! I honestly didn't think I was going to like it because it's loose and I use mostly pressed powder foundations, but it's amazing!!!
Love the jouer palette! Also my favorite palette of last year. They were just on sale (I think still are) for $30. I grabbed a back up and bought my best friend one as well. I love to use it with my Too Faced Glitter Eyeshadow primer.
When I use face spray I spray it in my hands and pat it on my face. Seems I get a more even application and the product lasts longer. Thanks for sharing your favorite and always look forward to the cat sighting😻😻😻😻
I really love your videos! Just wanted to note here that EGF stands for epidermal (not environmental) growth factor. High expression/levels of EGF and its receptor EGFR are known to drive tumorigenesis in a number of tissues.
U sold me on the jouer holiday ultra foil eyeshadow palette with those swatches 😂 I’ve heard other beauty channels rave about it and just thought it was over hype but yea never had jouer eyeshadows before so I can’t wait to play with these and they have the holiday promo code for 40% off 😳😍🙌
Also, tara I've been watching you for years. Please never change ♡ everything I've boughton from your recommendations I've loved and even recommended to friends! And if you choose to buy a backup for the Joeur palette, I believe it's on sale in sephora online! I bought it last month 😏
I know you use them similarly but wondering how similar the Jouer actually is to Coy? I have & love the Jouer - why did it not get more hype? - and am trying to figure out the extent to which Coy is truly different &/ or unique? I SO wish I could swatch it somewhere to help me decide, but as that’s not an option I’m bugging anyone who has tried both for her thoughts!
I really love the Benefit Gold Rush blush (I wish they’d bottle it up and make it a scent). Jouer is coming out with a 6 pan blush palette. I’ve been fighting those duos so hard! Must. Get.
Everyone talks about Pillow Talk lip cheat but I am with you...Iconic Nude is the bomb! Also, I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the fantastic quality of the KKW shadow palette I got (smoky 6 pan)
OMG Tara, your skin looks the BEST I've ever seen it (and it always looked amazing)!! ❤ It makes me want to rewatch all your skincare videos and buy everything. 😉 I did end up trying the May Lindstrom Cocoon balm (I found a Canadian website that sells samples ... Clementine Fields), and loved it so much I paid the $240 CAD for the full size. It's been worth it, and really helps heal any eczema or dermatitis flares. I also love the Drunk Elephant tinted SPF and D Bronzi together.
Tara I love Pravana too and if you want an even bigger boost to the effect try the mask from the same line! It will blow your mind / and it’s so conditioning - your hair will feel amazing after!
Hi Tara, have you tried the Bobbi Brown new luxe lipsticks in the gold packaging? I LOVE that formula. Also, her liquid lipsticks are beautiful as well.
I have a new perfume this year I feel that way about it's Nectar by Viktor & Rolf, it's kind of difficult to find a place to smell it but it's just the most incredible fragrance (especially straight on the wrist not rubbed) I think it's the rare Tonka bean that makes it so special. I just can't say enough about it, pricey but probably not more than a few of yours. I did the same with hesitating using it but then decided it makes me happy so I will spray some on even if I'm not going anywhere. I'd love to know what you think of it... I'm so glad you talked about the Cover FX concealer again I knew you liked it but it's in the HG status so I'll order it, I noticed they have real cool tones!! I hate the peachy cool tones... And reminding me about the highlight by Nikkie I can't wear anything yellow or gold by it doesn't look like it. Thanks this was a GREAT video!! xo
So ironic all of Viseart palettes that I don't own are on one side of the double sided palette. I love your video. When I was thinking about goals and challenges for 2019 I decided to set some beauty parameters for myself this year. My goal for 2018 is to widdle down my brands, at 27 soon to be 28 I know (mostly) was works on my skin. I know which brands of foundation I prefer, hate changing concealers and mascaras so no issue with that changing. I've narrowed my scope down for eye shadow brands my focus is on Viseart, Marc Jacobs (depending) and Urban Decay (that's where it gets tricky!). I think I'll be okay with my limitations...except the no buy I'm placing on blushes and lipsticks (lippies and eyeshadows are my top weaknesses).
I just love all of your videos. I've been very curious the Bioeffect brand. I've found for me, I do better with an eye serum - something on the clearer side - rather than a cream. My eye area just doesn't like a cream. I break out in red or white bumps and that isn't pretty LOL I so agree about the Sonia G brushes. They are just beautiful to use. I do think The Wayne Goss and Sonia G brushes compliment each other. They are different from each other, especially the eye brushes. My experience is Wayne Goss tends to be fluffier which I like for powder shadows and Sonia G's seem to be denser/tighter which makes them not as bendy which I like for cream eye shadow. Thank you for showing your favs.
I really love your videos Tara- any way you could list the products mentioned ? Really want to purchase the hair spray but couldn’t quite make out the name.❤️
Hi Tara ☺️ love all your vids and always love a favs vid . I bought the jouer palette last week, even though I've tried not to buy it since you first hauled it...I just couldn't resist anymore lol. Just an fyi if you still want a back up jouer's site has it on sale for I think it was 34.00 plus the were giving % off so it only cost me 27.00 😀 hopefully you will still be able to get it for a great price, makes a backup even easier to buy 🤗
So random comment about the well water - we have the same thing at my parents house (we've had the house for the past 20+ years). Honestly I was tired of everything getting orange stained and cleaning it, so we just put in an iron filter. I just had it installed in October and I haven't been home yet since (and also I'm sure our pipes are iron coated lol) but I did notice a difference just running the water and it not smelling the same. Anyway, if you have any questions let me know, I can tell you in a few months if it was worth it or not when I go back home for a visit.
I have trouble with eyebrow products giving me a reaction too. I starting to think that my ABH pencil might be giving me trouble at the moment. I used brow powder for a long time. I might have to go back to that.
Bonus video from Tara, yay!! I was looking forward to your favorites video. I was able to guess most of the products from watching your vids all year but still a reminder of what I still need to try. I was surprised at how long your hair is. I knew it was long but have never seen it down before as the camera cuts most of it off. In your occasional IG posts when you are out working the ponies, your hair is pulled up under your hat. I bet it is stunning when you can see all of it. Gorgeous makeup look today also. Thank you for the extra video. Curious, do you have any Sydney Grace shadows? I can't remember seeing any in your hauls and also wondered if you were going to get the Melt cosmetics Blueprint stack? Deborah
Your lips look so full and beautiful all the time! Is that natural or do you enhance with filler? If filler, which product? They are stunning (as is the rest of your look!)
Weird question...when you’re wearing the powder foundation, do you set your sunscreen first, and then apply the foundation, or does the foundation set the sunscreen? I love the Josie Maran spf 47! Thank you for the awesome video!
Id like to know too... I do remember her saying ALOT that she would use Wet n Wild cabana bronzer. Which is not a bronzer! It had spf in it. But they took the spf out. Im certain she uses a powder to set her sunscreen. Sometimes i just take a tissue and blot the sunscreen before foundation....
Angela McKinney You’re right! She used that a lot. I will have to experiment, I guess. I set mine with the Too Faced peach powder. On my day off, I will try going in after that with powder foundation and see how that works.
Angela McKinney be VERY careful about blotting your spf as you’re removing some of the protection! A well formulated facial sunscreen really shouldn’t have to be set & should dry down on its own within a few minutes, so if you’re having to blot & arent applying an excessive amount (which you likely aren’t, as most people do the opposite), you may want to look for a different formula. My absolute favorite that I know many others also enjoy is Australian Gold’s Botanical Mineral Face Tint SPF50. At $13-14 for 3oz it’s super affordable yet I prefer it to many others at much higher price points; it’s available @ Ulta, Target, & many other places & is also cruelty-free & reef-safe (which is important whether or not you go anywhere near reefs!). The tint doesn’t really provide a tint on the skin per se but rather just alleviates the white cast that it might otherwise have; I’m quite fair w/ neutral to warm undertones & it works great for me (whereas many tinted spfs leave me looking straight up orange), but I can’t speak to how it would work on the palest of porcelain skin (& especially those w/ cooler undertones). Similarly I know people with up to NC40-45 who use & like it but cant speak to how it will perform on darker/ deeper skin.
Hi Tara, I just wanted to send you a recommendation for your hair. You said your water has a high mineral content and you use that toning shampoo from Pravana to keep your hair from getting brassy. Toning shampoos work amazing, but if you shampooed once a week with Redken Clean Maniac Hair Cleansing Creme your tone would be even better. The Redken Cleansing Creme removes all product buildup as well as any hard water mineral deposits, so using the toning shampoo after works even better! Its relatively inexpensive and something I use myself! I'm a hair colorist and I use it along with my favorite toning shampoo (Pulp Riot Barcelona Shampoo) to keep my hair brass-free!! Let me know if you try it and how you like it!
Hi Tara, would you please ask Phoebe to post on Instagram more!! Also I'd love to see a video highlighting your pet family. I have a corgi too. Do they go outside with you?
Tara, you are by far the most down to earth, sweet UA-camr around. You have such a deep product knowledge and I always know that your opinion is truthful and well thought out. I really appreciate all that you do! Thank you for being you!

"um, the purple unicorn, don't be fooled by him, he's just chillin" Love that!
Please do a video on your favorite baked gelee textured products!!! I love that type of formula and I would enjoy hearing your recommendations 😊
Use saline drops for the Stila glitter and glows. Around 5-7 drops is perfection!! They come right back to life, with no change in the formula. 😊
Just regular contact solution? All of mine are dried out and I haven't even used some of them! 😕
Christy Blomberg I used the Renu multi-purpose solution by Bausch and Lomb. My fiancé gets it at Costco. Yes, I had a few that completely dried up, and this brought them back in full force. I think any contact solution would do the trick. 😊
Christy Blomberg Yes, as long as it’s a plain saline solution (as some contact solutions also contain enzymes & other goodies!)
My daughter got me the Pat Mgrath mothership5 for christmas and it has totally ruined me for other makeup pallets, The formula is like nothing else I own, and trust me I have a ton in my collection. I just can't get enough of this pallet and I use it everyday. Great video ty so much!!
I’ve been looking forward to this!!! I trust your opinion more than anyone else because you have more makeup than anyone else 🙂
Could you do a video on how to apply powder foundation...or your powder foundation routine,it would be very helpful
Also the jouer shimmer palette you can get it on their website for 25 bucks ,I got mine

Could you possibly list the products you talk about in your video?
Sonia G brushes are definitely my favorite. I just preordered the new face set.
How did you preorder the set? I dont see that option?
If you sign up for early access on Beautylish, they will text you. I also preordered mine today. Hope this helps 😊
@@lillysworld3935 oh man, I signed up as soon as I saw the link, but haven't recieved anything about actually being able to order it😭
I wonder if you have to have spent so much $ @ beautylish?
HOLIDAY40 will get you that Jouer palette for $18 on Jouer website
Oooo don't tell my bf that...lol he bought it for me for Christmas ...yikes
You're the real MPV! Thanks for the great tip :D
Thanks so much! Just ordered it!!
You are on JenLuvsReviews!!!!! Celebrity in the house!!!
Yes! Taking notes ;) It amazes me how, even though you have a huge collection, your favorites still really get used and loved!
Would you consider doing a fragrance collection video? I would love to see that!!!
I love your videos ! Your bone structure is so amazing! I always look forward to your haul videos and appreciate all the swatches and genuine thoughts on everything about products (from packaging to feel to performance, etc)
Thank you for taking time out of your day for us!
She's so beautiful in a non generic way too. Beened subbed for years now. She is so humble too 😊
love the video! i'd also be keen for a video on how you apply your base/skin makeup, showing the techniques you use. i always love the way your skin looks xx
I bought all 3 of the Dominique palettes because of you! LOVE THEM.
Hi Tara, I saw that Jouer is coming out with a 6 pan blush palette! Love your videos! 🧜🏻♀️
Will you do a brush collection video? I would love to see them all and how you store them!!
Loved this! I love hearing about your favourites because you are so passionate about them. I see how much joy they bring you and that brings me joy. “Yolo man!” You’re a treasure Tara 💖
Great video! Your enthusiasm for makeup is contagious.
I thought this video was a haul at first and I thought to myself, “is it Saturday?”😂😂😂😂😂
ise1981 Right!??
ise1981 Right!??
Thank you for the powder foundation recommendations!!! Your skin is actually the best skin on the UA-cams❤️❤️❤️❤️perfection
I love your videos! The time and passion you put into them, really shows.
Omg!! I thought I was the only one who’s eyebrows broke out!! I’m happy to know I am not alone and will have to try that out!! Thank you!!!!❤️
Wayne Goss was talking about how much he liked Sonia G's brushes & he said they are made at the same factory as his. Emma x
“It’s like mermaids” 🧜♀️ My kinda highlight!
Yes ,I agree with what you said on certain brow products some will break my eyebrows out,
I never tried the elf lip oils but I do the same with Milani lip oils for prepping my lips and what's fun about them is they have different fruits and oils to target of what your needs are.

Iconic nude- only lip liner I use!!!!

I love when you said " road trippin this comes with me " I lol !!! I get so excited when I see you uploaded a video ! Xoxo kisses 💄💄💄
I LOVE the Bare Minerals loose foundation! I honestly didn't think I was going to like it because it's loose and I use mostly pressed powder foundations, but it's amazing!!!
I use the Josie Maran moisturizer with sunscreen everyday year round. Sometimes I add a drop of liquid bronzer to tint it, and it works great! 👍❤️
Just found your channel and I have a feeling you're going to make me buy so much stuff this year!
You always talk about your mom. You should have her on with you one day
Debi Bolton yes that would be awesome
Debi Bolton Her mom is actually in a lot of her older videos. They both tend to the horses in her past vlogs.
Paris Day Teutsch thank you for the info. I’ll have to go back and watch them
My eyebrows break out easily as well, you’re def not the only one!
I’d love to see an all time favorites video!
I really love your videos! Just wanted to note here that EGF stands for epidermal (not environmental) growth factor. High expression/levels of EGF and its receptor EGFR are known to drive tumorigenesis in a number of tissues.
LOL Thanks! I was like environmental is not the right word smh xx
Love your top 2018! Thanks for putting it up! I was wondering about lips and then I remembered your 2 part series!
Thanks for the mid week video

🙋🏻♀️ brows with breakouts!!! 😰. And thanks will try the cover fx concealer!
My abh highlighter amereezy was my 2018 best pick of the year. I miss the first time it came out, but got it the second round.

I love the pml balms too! They have this balmy feel without being too slippery waxy or thick. The only downside is the price 😂
Tara, Maybelline does now have a second lighter shade in the master chrome range (at least they do in Canada). It's 200 Diamond Glow.
Hi Tara, have you tried the Bobbi Brown new luxe lipsticks in the gold packaging? I LOVE that formula. Also, her liquid lipsticks are beautiful as well.

I so needed this video tonight Tara, thanks! My brows break out too! Drives me nuts! I find powder is the best instead of pomades etc.
Loved this video Tara. Now I have another shopping list! Lol

I use the clear brow gel from Milk makeup to set my brow powder. I find that it’s almost too wet and will smear my powder
That foiled Jouer palette with a liquid eyeshadow is on sale for $41 Canadian on the Sephora 🇨🇦 website.
I'd be interested in send a video of the items you're still using from 2017. If you're still using them then that's a winner
Thank you so much, Tara. This video is so helpful. Hugs from SF 💕❤️❤️❤️
I really love your videos Tara- any way you could list the products mentioned ? Really want to purchase the hair spray but couldn’t quite make out the name.❤️

This was awesome! We have very similar taste ❤️
Amazing hair.

I found that silicones will weigh my hair down and since I have stopped using products that have it, I have less hair loss when washing.
