I'd never seen this delicious idea before. crepes are like we used to call here manuelitas but our filling is always cheese or any meat. great idea and mango's right now are in their best time.
this is the first time being told to use a crepe batter immediately after made. I have always been told to let it sit for at least half an hour for the flour to properly hydrate.
A little bit of idea how to improve it's look and to add more taste. Maybe it will be too sweet but, just an idea. You may pour melted chocolate or chocolate ganache from the top and cover the whole crepes. Make it a birthday cake!! xD
Ha! Didn't think I'd need to go to the asian market again so soon. Though I think I'll hold off on the pandan - I think I'll make a gaudy blue and orange one to ward off the dessert stealing fiends that make up my family. (which I doubt will work but it's worth a shot)

对不起,我不觉得表面光滑的可丽饼好看。我喜欢像蕾丝的小洞和金黄花纹。有没有静置和有没有气泡是没有关系的。如果要表面光滑,用小火即可。市售鸡蛋大多数都有人工色素,因为鸡饲料大多数都有人工色素。做完全无人工色素的可丽饼,没有你想的那么简单。
