So a while back I made a video called “Weird Cartoons You Probably Forgot About.” And as fun as that video was, a lot of the cartoons I talked about were, admittedly, not THAT obscure. So let’s try this again. I wanna talk about more obscure, weird, or forgotten cartoons. And this time I wanna go even more obscure. So, do you remember these cartoons?

This mate literally created his own, semi-accurate, strong bad emails short.
I originally skipped it because I assumed it was a sponsor ad.
60fps uncanny valley aside (actual H*R toons are a relaxingly janky 12fps), he nailed the surrealist humor and had a surprisingly accurate imitation of their voices.
homestar actually got seriously hurt in the face on an official sbemail O_O

I’m not going to lie, I used to enjoy “Back at the Barnyard”, and laughed at it a lot. As I got older, I finally saw the shows flaws. However, there’s just some moments where I can’t even get mad at it. I mean, who remembers the Pig-Hulk scene? The show will always be a guilty pleasure to me.
Very true.
Back in the barnyard for life🔥🔥🔥
me to.
that show was my childhood and the ps2 game was so fun
Same here
I watched ALL of these! I even recently shared a Dave the Barbarian screenshot set mentioning its humor is like a defunct DnD group WAY before that kinda humor was catching on mainstream lol. LOVED these (mostly) and want even more vids of this series to revel in this very niche nostalgic joy.
I love how the three Nickelodeon shows he talks about have one thing in common.
No, it's not the fact that they're all CGI, it's the fact that they all have Rob Paulsen in them.

I got into Homestar Runner almost 2 years before their sudden 4 year hiatus in 2009, so I unfortunately hopped into the game a little bit late. Regardless, it still ended up playing a massive part of my childhood as well, and it's solely responsible for shaping both my sense of humor and my vocabulary. Also, it's impressive how on point your fanmade sbemail was!
I freaking loved Homestar Runner as a kid. To the point where the Trogdor theme song is still stuck in my Dad's head to this day due to me blasting it constantly.
Who here remembers when they used to say "next, then, later" when talking abt the upcoming shows, instead of "next, later"
Oh yeah
On nicktoons bro I’m only 12 but I’m getting nostalgia
I actually remember “Back at the Barnyard”, and I really like it to this day, it actually spawned quite a lot of cult fans to the show in my country.
The "Cow Man" Episodes are the Better ones.
It's better than Ed Edd Eddy to be honest
Your skit of the Strongbad email hit me in the nostalgia so freakin hard. I had a huge smile the whole time.
p.s. i bought my 1st child a Trogdor baby onsie years ago :D
I haven't thought about Homestar Runner in a decade and I'm about to binge everything all over again. THANK YOU FOAFY
“Barnyard” was more like “The Lion King” with farm animals. Here’s a plot synopsis: A male leader hands the throne over to his son. This causes problems, and the heir has to fight a horde of enemies to save his home. And the main character has a child in the end. Similar hu’h?
Tbh, I thought Barnyard was similar to Shaun The Sheep but with more animal diversity. Like the shows are both about animals that can do things humans can but the humans can't find out.

Ah Homestar. Another one of my favorite Webtoons. luckily, with the death of Flash most of the animations are being preserved. :)
The animated web series that had the most impact for me was Happy Tree Friends, because of the nightmares it caused.
Thank you for reminding me what the name of this is. I wanted to show my friend cus he said he don't remember it although i was there when we watched it. (I do hate it tho)
That show along with Family Guy, South Park, and Drawn Together desensitized me to Blood and Gore as a kid. And I wasn't even traumatized one bit.

Man, this brought back memories I didn't know I had! I had trouble sleeping as a kid and woke up frequently in the middle of the night, so I watched a whoole lot of Barnyard at 4 AM. That show was so weird.
Dude when I saw the bush background, I started freaking out. My family loves Homestar Runner.
Oh finnally a person who appreciates h*r as much as me!

two seconds later: Whenever I see someone talking about Tak--
When you talked about homestar. God that was my freaking childhood. So many good memories with this show and my family. I’m not the only one!!!
Man, it's been years since I seen Dave the Barbarian and Barnyard. The best joke I can remember from Barnyard was when, a duck was visiting and everyone hated him. I think the dog got into a fight with him, they got out of control. Otis, Peck, Peck and the ferret got roped in and that fight last like 5 years in seconds written on a time card. It's rare when a show gets me to laugh so hard I was crying.

Ok, that Homestar segment was way too accurate.

The 2000s had pretty good cartoons on Disney like The Emperor's New School, Lilo & Stitch the Series, House of Mouse (a Disney crossover in a nightclub setting, like how can you NOT like that?), Kim Possible, Brandy & Mr Whiskers, and American Dragon: Jake Long. Good times, good times.
I've seen Mickey's House of Villains more than I've seen House of Mouse.

Does anyone remember "Ahh! Real Monsters"?? One character used to hold his eye balls in his hands.
Barnyard was a fever dream, tbh.

@@CHLOEDEATHGOD Yup, after looking it up it is a Tenome, which is a Yokai.
Ahh! Real Monsters had a Cartoon Crossover Right? with RugRats Correct?
Oh! Also! My favorite 2000s nickelodeon cartoon has to be the 2007's animated series El Tigre The Adventures Of Manny Rivera!
It's a very good funny superhero show, but it's also one of those very good shows that is very unfairly underrated. The main story is about a 13 year old boy named Manny who struggles in what side to pick, if he should be a hero like his dad or be a villain like his grandfather. Nickelodeon didn't promoted it enough and they always aired every new ep very early which gave it very low ratings and then being cancelled. And i always saw that so unfair because the show in general is pretty funny and good, and yea even if it wasn't story driven, it was still a pretty fun show.
However though!!!... the creator el tigre revealed in his twitter few weeks ago that he actually wants to bring back El Tigre! And that's so cool! So far it is unknown when or how he will bring it back since right now he is still busy with his upcoming Netflix series Maya And The Three. But i am so looking forward for El Tigre's return. That series really deserves a revival 😁
So, I played Tak and the Staff of Dreams all the time on my Xbox, and I was so psyched to watch the show. BUT I was camping with my family the weekend it was first airing, so I had my parents record it on our DVR so I could watch it when we went home.
