quick question: why is my OBS Studio settings for streaming and recording different from yours???? we have the same OBS Studio, but the settings are different.. i have settings you don't, and you have settings i don't have on mine... what is going on???
Hey im having trouble with audio, it didn't show up in my stream until u turn on the TV volume, so it only had it cause of my mic, I don't know what to do.

this was quite helpfull, but i still have some questions. How do I show a recording of what I am doing, or a prerecorded footage and how to coneckt my camera and my mike? I would like to do something were I am animating while I´m live but i also want to talk to people and maybe show myself like most people do.

I find it strange that we need to give it 24 hours to be able to stream, if you've uploaded a video then you should instantly be able to do it and so on. Strange.

I’m trying to start a UA-cam so that’s why I’m watching your videos
I haven't streamed on UA-cam in a while because of make an affiliate on Twitch but twitch is becoming a dead platform for starting off streamers. And I wanted to come back to my roots. I left a lot of subscribers and followers on UA-cam and I'm glad you made this video since I now have a streaming computer and overlays I wanted to give back to the community that got me started

great vid Quick Queston though ive been streaming like this and once the broacast i setup and it says "Upcoming" it shouldnt notify my subscribers yet right? like do they send out notifications once you hit start streaming and actually start the live? becuase il be spending 10 mins sharing to socials/setting up and see people come in and out like they shouldnt be notified until it actually does go live correct?

Sorry if this was asked, but do you recommend VBR? Then you could put in the min and max bitrate.
How do you change the stream thumbnail and name while the stream is going?
When you schedule an event, and you get the stream key from youtube, where do you paste that into OBS? Because if you have your YT account already connected to OBS, I don't see where you paste the key?
So I want to schedule an unlisted stream. After setting it all up, how do I let people know how to watch the stream. If I use the webcam option when setting up the stream, I have the option of sharing the URL. Is there a share option when streaming with OBS?
