Do you reject the fact that it is a tunnel? You know, there are plenty of other videos that show already-cleared tunnels. The IDF finds the tunnels full of sand and stuff to prevent the IDF from uncovering them, studying them, and exposing them abroad. It takes days to weeks to clear the sand that blocks the tunnel. IDF does that when they think that it worth the effort.

@@MrStuv I'm sure there are tunnels but what soldier showed doesn't look like a tunnel. There is no boring machine, hoe trailer? How are they digging it. Can't be by manual labor because it would collapse. Plus tunnels are not round to equate the pressure from earth above. Straight panels of cement boards is not for tunnel. Reinforced steel bars, ties etc. tunnels are much more engineered than the erecting a building. I don't believe in what media show to brainwash civilians. The problem with all the IDF videos I have seen so far is that they show what is supposed to be a hospital and civilian houses which they claim is above or next to a tunnel built by Hamas. Then there is a cut in the video until you are inside a tunnel which is impossible to know where it is. In this the only continuous video cut they don't show a tunnel, just a small hole in the ground with a movable overhead hoist of the same type found in almost all workshops. This doesn't prove anything.
Then there is this IDF spokeswoman who says they are "operating with care and caution to minimize harm to civilians". Well, since the Israeli attack on Palestine started, more than 20,000 Palestinians have been killed with the vast majority being civilians, including women and children.

The politics of most wars are very complicated and nuanced. WW2 was an exception to this. Israel vs Jihadi neighbors on all sides is an exception. One of the rare conflicts in human history to have the case be made for calling it a Just war. There can't be a two state solution for people that cannot govern themselves without spawning suicidal fanatics each generation. This is what it means when Israel says they have nobody to negotiate a two state solution with.

But assuming the whole is 1.5 meter in diameter and the depth is around 30 meters there is around 141 m cubed of sand inside the whole. and assuming that 1m cubed of sand weighs around 1600kg there is 225.6 tons of sand inside the whole

1 Palveteekonna laul Taavetilt.
Ma rõõmustasin, kui mulle öeldi:
„Lähme Issanda kotta!”
2 Meie jalad seisid su väravais,
Jeruusalemm.
3 Jeruusalemm, kes oled ehitatud
nagu hästi kokkuliidetud linn,
4 kuhu läksid üles suguharud,
Issanda suguharud tunnistuseks Iisraelile
tänama Issanda nime.
5 Sest sinna on seatud aujärjed kohtumõistmiseks,
