Hi lovelies, today I want to share with you a Finnish recipe as it has been sometime since I shared my last one. This is something I didn't even enjoy as a kid at school, but since last year I came up with my own version and since then I really enjoy this Finnish Spinach Soup or how we call it in Finland, Pinaattikeitto :) I hope you will also like this Finnish version of a Spinach Soup and will be trying it out. Would it be possible to substitute the béchamel type sauce for cream?

I have never done this, but you can try. It will probably mean the soup will not be as thick.
