- ASMR MALA CHILI OIL LO MIAN 麻辣辣椒捞面 | SPICY NOODLES | EATING SOUNDS | NO TALKING, LYCHEE, EATING SHOW, MUKBANG
Chili oil Recipe:
-1.5 cups vegetable oil
-5 star anise
-1cinnamon stick
-2 bay leaves
-3 tablespoons Sichuan Peppers
-1 cup Sichuan/ chilli pepper flakes
-salt to taste
1. Heat oil, star anise, cinnamon stick , bay leaves, and peppercorns over medium heat. When oil starts bubbling, turn heat to low.
2. Let it cook for around 20-30 minute on low, until the spices change color to darker, but be careful to keep stirring and not let them burn.
3.Strain the spices out and pour the hot fragrant oil over your chilli flakes and add salt. Stir well. It's ready to serve!
Lo Mein Recipe:
-shrimp
-500grams precooked wheat noodles
- half teaspoon sugar
-1 tablespoon chinese black bean sauce
-1 tablespoon light soy sauce
-2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
-pinch of pepper
-1 teaspoon sesame oil
-1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
-2 cloves garlic
-1 cup vegetables of your choice
1. Fry shrimp lightly then add the vegetables, and garlic.
2. Mix up the sugar, soy sauces, black bean sauce, sesame oil, white pepper in a bowl and set aside.
3.Add shaoxing wine to the vegetables and shrimp, mix through and then add your precooked noodles.
4.Pour your combined sauces over the noodles, stir fry till well distributed, around 30 seconds.
5. Done!

This looks super delicious.... I've seen alot of asmrs using chilli oil is it spicy.... Trinidad has one of the most hottest pepper in the world it's called moruga Scorpion pepper.... it's the second hottest pepper in the world...I have seen people eat chilli and they can not handle the spicyness ....but I love spicy foods the more spicy the better...love your videos 💕 keep up the good work 💖 🤗🤗🤗
yaa chili oil goes well with everything hehe... and omg the name of the pepper itself already sounds so intimidating.. I don't think i'd dare try it.. the sichuan chilli is more of a tongue numbing type of spice hehe
