Variation of this food include vegetables and mushrooms stuffed with ground meat or surimi. Yong tau foo is eaten in numerous ways, either dry with a sauce or served as a soup dish.
It is commonly found in parts of China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand, and in cities where there are large Hakka, Teochew and Hokkien population. "

Are you guys looking forward to the weekend??😁😁 We have Samyang instant black bean noodles + rice cakes + yong tau fu today! I bought the yong tau fu.. it's usually fish paste stuffed in various vegetables/tofu... the fish paste is kinda like fishball. My mum makes yong tau fu for us.. she does what mums do.. de-bones fresh fish for the paste.. and stuffs them into fresh vegetables🤤🤤 Oh , also added an extra teaspoon of black bean paste to this... there's daikon radish and cucumber as well 😄 Thank you for watchinggg😍 😘

This looks so good... I tried rice cakes one at a hot pot and I lovedddddd the texture of them... but haven’t been able to find rice cakes around to make them at home... I saw a recipe to make it from scratch but it’s toooo much work Ahahah
