I cant thank you enough sir. I failed 😞 the same test in 2021 due to lack of comm skills and since i found your videos i have been practicing, i felt that i gained control over the consultation and managed to gain my pts trust. I am sharing your channels with my colleagues becouse they all lack the skills. Keep up the good work.
