As to the comment below about burning wood, you could use that stove base you have to burn wood, Looks like there is enough ventilation on the side - you could always drill some holes through the bottom and lift the base slightly for improved burning. A follow-up question - with the Tasmanian Tiger gear and t-shirt, do I assume you served in the Bundeswehr at one time? I worked alongside a Gebirgsjaeger unit in Former Yugoslavia back in 1999.
