Hello friend, yes and I’m the same even though I know I have a good Bundt pan. I have had bad experiences like a lot of us flipping those cakes out. I use Nordic Ware It’s a wonderful bunt pan. Have a beautiful week my friend and thank you for stopping in as always.❤️
Awesome came back to say agree I don't like dark pound cakes.. they taste dry, slightly burnt, oven temp to high.. also I don't like dark cake pans. But if that's all you have. Bake at a lower temperature. Tfs 😊

@ I did it and I over cooked the first batch a little, but the second and third were just perfect and I like the tip about the water bath. They were moist and not too dense. Perfect pound cake.

You can use a few loaf pans but adjust your baking time. It won’t take as long. I hope this helps.❤️
