I have been a public transit driver for 17 years and unfortunately was involved in a vehicle accident that left me injured with 19 screws and two plates in my driver leg. However I still enjoy everything about the transit world and I am interested in Freight dispatching, I would like to know who did you do your training with and do you offer training. It is so many training offers out here but with me being out of work I don't want to spend money with just a scam artist I would like to get the correct training so I can get up and running ASAP. I have enjoyed all of your UA-cam footage and just wanted your feedback on where to go for training or like I asked earlier do you provide training. Thank you for taking the time out to read my message look forward to hearing back from you soon, I go by Nikki just in case you were wondering how to pronounce my name.
Thank you for your feedback. I am not currently recommending any training courses at this time only because there are sooo many and the prices range between $300 and $3000. In my upcoming videos I will talk about how to find a training that best suits your needs because everyone is at different stages of their dispatching journey. I have personal mentors who do not offer training at this time, but what I learn from them I will continue to share on my channel.
Dispatchers coordinate getting freight moved between the broker who gets the load from the shipper and the carrier who delivers the load to the receiver.
Going into business is not easy. All that hard work will pay off. Also, try to network with other dispatchers who are in the same position so you don't feel alone. Join as many dispatchers Facebook groups as possible.
@@afifakhawar6985totally depends on your skills and strategy, The company in which I'm working, every sales agent pulls 3-5 carriers per week and no one is too much experienced...... Almost everyone of them in newbie with just 2-3 months of experience...
