    Thank you
    I learned something new about aligning the run between fill by going in the same direction as the fill to sink and hide the run.
    Beautiful alternative to the final cleanup of cutting jumps after the stitch out.
    Nice to save a few minutes that can be used for something more productive or taking a break with confidence.

    Such an informative video! I learned quite a bit watching this. I've been tossing around learning to digitize my own designs and this really helped.

    Hi! Viewed this video last night and love the way you digitize. I could not/can not understand why digitizers jump all over the design when (mapping, I think its called) digitizing a design. I have a flatbed, single needle and it drives me crazy when I get someone to digitize a design for me and jump stitches are all over. Hope to be able to take your class soon! Please check your messages, I would be very appreciative of a reply.

    Hi John, I have Hatch and there is a section called "Branch". Could that be used on the little dots to tie them together?

    Thank you for the lesson. I have a similar issue with my design so I did everything you explained in this video; however, when my machine is embroidering the design it still trims after every travel stitch and fill. How do I fix that I’m sure it’s an easy fix but I don’t know how to do that. Thanks I’m advance.

    I don't have audio at the moment so I can't listen to this while you do it, but is there not a way to just move the start/stop position of each segment to optimize jump stitches on Hatch? (rather than creating two-stitch runs like you did between the ovals in the paw)

    LOVED IT, how ever I have a couple of comments: 1) I would've love to have a close up to the final result and 2) I do not like the running between shapes showing, so please assist with the correct option, should I place trims or let it jump and the cute the stitch off??

    This was amazing. My only issue is the stitches between each piece of the dog paw. Maybe I need to relax about these.

    When traveling from one object to the next, are you using the last node from first object? It looks lke you are just placing it in the center. I realize these little dots are small, but was wondering about larger objects too. Thank for all your help.

    • @glennsprigg2378
      @glennsprigg2378 Рік тому +1

      Hi Sandie... I know what you are saying! I'm not familiar with 'this' software, but firstly, basically, he's moving the new 'Lines' object, (basically just running stitches), to place them in the sewing order before the particular 'blobs'/'dots' so they don't show on top of those 'dots'. But, they have to exit somewhere after the 'dot' is filled with satin!! This happens at a level beyond what he was explaining though... Each 'Object' being filled with stitches, has a Start & End point. Often, with most software, you can manually view/edit those points, however the software can automatically determine those points too! So, for instance, if a circle is being filled, and the exit point is at the top while filling left to right, it will fill the left half, then auto add a few running stitches to the far right, and then finish off by back-filling the rest of the object to the left, until back at the middle where it now finishes! Then the next step will sew away from the 'top', without showing unwanted stitches above the object!! (Sounds confusing). Even slowing down the video won't help, due to the frame-rate...
      You've probably noticed while embroidering, that the machine seems to stop filling some shape/area, go and do some other lines/areas, & then come 'back' to it??
      That is why... due to the Start/Stop points being modified, to get rid of, (or minimize) jumps & trims!! Glenn. Western Australia. 😎👍
      P.S...
      Keep in mind too, that for larger areas of fill, the 'Under-Sewing' is important too. So 'behind-the-scenes', it's automatically worked out how to do that, and also taking in to account the 'true' start and end points for the particular final 'fill', including the stipulated/desired 'directions'.
