Squatting 400lbs from THE BOTTOM 🤯 (Epic Milestone PR!)

- Squatting 400lbs Anderson style, from the bottom up, with the safety squat bar for a massive PR. I'm really proud of this one as it's a pretty huge milestone. The brute strength and mental fortitude required to execute something like this make it one of the most impressive squats I've ever done. The SSB is just plain oppressive and starting any squat from the bottom is incredibly difficult. In my opinion, this particular combination is probably the single most brutal lift in existence.
I accomplished this feat using the Enkiri Elite Conjugate Method

For all people wondering,...This is very very very hard to do. Great job man👌
Unbelievably hard. Max depth plus anderson style WITH SSB(more stability required from upper back) makes this lift way harder than a regular squat. And to top it off, i believe alec is only like around 170.
Disgustingly strong
Goddamn! Congrats man!
Crazy
The hard part of hitting that lift is doing so while maintaining that low bw
I'm not maintaining a low body weight on purpose. My current weight is almost 50lbs heavier than my natural body weight was before strength training, and my BMI is currently approaching 28. From a health and athletic perspective, I have no desire be heavier than this, and any weight gain from this point would simply be me trying to force something my body doesn't want.
@EnkiriElite oh wow, maybe I'm self projecting lol for me 170-175 is optimal and always the goal.
Always dope content, always impressive!
That’s sick.
Thanks brotha. Was a goal of mine for about 18 months now.
Insane
just grinding man!
Yeah people who just do regular squats have no idea how much harder it is to lift a weight that is completely stopped conpared to one you have brought down and lifting straight back up
Some kid in my school at age 16 squats 480 deadlifts 500 and benches over 225
Very impressive! This isn't a regular squat though
Squats 480? 🤨 like… competition depth?
Dont ever compare alec to a probably fat powerlifter that only specializes in the big three🤣
Money in the bank!!!
👏
I can only do 80 kg at 5’11” and 75 kg bodyweight
Amazing, Alec. If I could get just a third of this by the end of the year I'll be delighted.
You can definitely do that! Good luck man
Ty man! I'll certainly be trying. @@EnkiriElite
@@EnkiriElite I did 88lbs for 4, right from the very bottom position. I lowered it slowly on to the lowest safety bars and stood back up! I'm going completely deep, as deep as is possible and I'm very glad I can.
I'm very pleased with this and I'm not squat morning anymore! I am sure I can get more but I want to feel I've completely earned it before putting more weight on.
I am scared to test my back squat because of the instability in my lower back and poor hip mobility.
I see this variation as a perfect one in order to measure my back squat without going up-down-up, but instead only down-up.
My question is:
What is the difference between the normal squat and this one in terms of weight lifted?
Recently saw a video of a guy raw benching 410 lbs at 154 bw. I weigh 154. I have yet to recover.
but but my 205 quarter skwat with knees out and no pelvic tilt is scientifically proven to be better
jk that was fucking gnarly
Does that ever hurt your back?
Back feels great these days actually. Variety does the body good.
@@EnkiriElite how did you build your core and lower back to be so strong?
Pure dummy strength. Great job!
Thank you sir!
Good effort. The back rounding will come around in thirty or so years to keep you in pain . But hey, you made a video . 👍
Whats ssb
safety squat bar
you can start lower
are you yoking right meow
No hooks? Damn that’s scary
He literally squatted it from the safeties. What are the hooks gonna prevent?
Hold my beer and reserve my trip to snap city
Considering alec has maxed out millions of times (true experience), why do u think this is unsafe for him specifically?
@publicrestroom5075 im saying its unsafe for me not him lmao
