When I'm ovulating my husband knows before I myself! He always say mama it's too hot in this room😊 had miscarriage last year in August a 13weeks baby. Since I never got pregnant and I'm always regular and I know my ovulation I don't know what wrong ! hi Nokce. I think what you are referring to is HPV, not HIV. The answer is that HPV shouldn't increase risk for miscarriage. If this is your second miscarriage, do ask your doctor for a recurrent miscarriage work-up. This includes genetic screens, autoimmune tests, and tests on your uterus as well as egg quality tests.

I had received the paraguard non Hormonal birth control and only had it in for about 2 months tops it was effecting me weird and I had it taken out at the end of Jan 2020 but ever since then I have had pregnancy like symptoms during my 2 week wait and a lot of cramps almost every day during 2 week wait so I’ve thought I was pregnant the last few months just to get negative and period come. When I usually only get cramps a few days before. I just got my period today June 15, 2020 and my cycle is usually between 30-32 days when should I start trying after my period? see if you can use an OPK too. Trying around cycle days 13-22 every other day would be one way to do it but if you wanted to pinpoint it better, using an OPK would help. I think the best thing to do is set treatment goals. Here's how: Get your vitamin D, TSH, Testosterone, hgba1c, and cholesterol checked. Calculate your BMI. And now set treatment goals. If you can normalize your Testosterone, hgba1c and cholesterol as well as get your BMI in a "healthy BMI" range then you are definitely treating your PCOS and then you will have a better chance for pregnancy. When not trying to conceive: spironolactone, metformin, birth control helps. When trying to conceive: metformin, fertility pills to help you ovulate helps. And you can always take supplements like: Inositol, coq10, n-acetyl cysteine and lipoic acid. These supplements are natural supplements that can help.
Thank you for this question. It sounds to me from your question that your cycles are 21 days apart. This means that you could be ovulating around cycle day #8. Google it. “Ovulation predictor” and you fill in the date of your last period and your average cycle length. Take charge of your fertility and find out the answers.
Gabriella Fritzie what happens with Bulimia is a hormonal imbalance. Your brain may not send the signals necessary to ovulate in a regular way. We call this “menstrual disruption” and it happens more often in women with eating disorders. stella grace I would get checked. Ask your doc for an amh level. That’s a good starting point. Then from there you can see what’s going on and if it’s normal then it just means some cycles could be a little longer than others.

You still lose eggs over time when you aren't having periods. And that doesn't affect your fertility one bit. You can check your AMH level. It's an egg quantity test. It can give you an idea re: your egg health but mostly we use it to guide us re: how many eggs you have left. Your age is the best fertility predictor.

Fem Fabillar if you haven’t already I would freeze your eggs. I would have you consider taking birth control pills, NAC, and make sure you are exercising. Talk to your doc about other options like orilissa. These things could help! And yes you can and should still be able to get pregnant

Just to give you a positive story in July 2021 I had an ecoptic pregnancy in my right tube that I had to get removed. After 2 months or trying I fell pregnant and I am now 15 weeks along with my baby girl. So please don’t give up hope. I took fertility gummies from Amazon and it seemed to work.

Blessing Ofulue ask your doc why your periods are irregular and fix that issue. Do an AMH rest and see what it tells you. Make sure your thyroid and prolactin levels are normal too. And when you are cycle day 3: check fsh and estradiol. This will help!

Great question. Your chance of getting pregnant if a tubal ligation was done correctly is zero. If you are interested in getting pregnant either a tubal reanastomosis surgery or IVF would be the way to do that.

It's possible that you could have an ovarian cyst, or skipped ovulating. Talk to your doc about getting your hormones checked and an ultrasound done. I would also recommend you talk to your doctor about getting an HSG done as well. You can also induce a period with progesterone and see if it will start that way.

yes. It definitely could be. His hgba1c will be a sign. If he hasn't had one checked in the last 3 months, get his a1c checked. I would have sex starting cycle day #10-15, every other day. Folic acid is a supplement that can help with pregnancy health (prevent certain birth defects). You can also monitor ovulation with an ovulation predictor kit.

Learn more about your egg quality at your age and take coq10 and see a doc. I tell anyone over 37 to consider being as aggressive as you feel comfortable being with treatment. It’s not easy to get pregnant at 42. So ask your doc what your chances are and what you can do to improve them. The fact that your cycles are every 28 days is a good sign!

hi Alicia, I would see your ObGyn for an ultrasound. It would be helpful to see if the fibroids have grown since your pregnancy with your daughter. Some other simple things you can do: semen analysis (use something like yospermtest.com right now since it's harder to get a test ordered at this time), AMH hormone level to learn more about your eggs. Egg Whisperer Show hi Dr.aimee, I am 35 and ttc since a year . My Fsh 6.69, LH 3.68, TSH 4.357, insulin 7.2 at the 2nd day of periods. I have regular periods 25- 28 days cycle. Done TVS on 12th day which shows hemorrhagic cyst in one ovary 1.7 cm and other ovary have 2.3 cm and also folicle showed 1.9 cm . It seems like you're going to ovulate two eggs maybe three. 2. if you went in on day #12 and you weren't on fertility pills, then I wonder if you may have endometriosis. Ask your doc and see. I would also: take a look at your fallopian tubes and sperm quality. And please keep trying. Ask for an AMH level and ask your doc to explain what the possible problems could be so you can design a treatment that will hopefully work. I never used fertility medicines, just want to know that are these hemorrhagic cysts dangerous and is that the cause of not getting pregnant? What about the 1.9 cm follicle? Was that mature enough to rupture or if ruptured so why I didn’t get pregnant bcuz I got my periods . My report shows endometrial thickness is 0.8cm, no mass seen in mayometrium. No adnexal mass seen , no free fluid is seen in cul-de-sac and no lesion is seen in uterus. Can I take medicine for ovulation induction like clomid or letrezol? Please reply I am depressed :(
@@nishatkhan3662 you can! a 19mm follicle is totally normal. Get your tushy checked; Tushymethod.com and everything seems healthy. Ovulation is a chemical reaction at the surface of the ovary. When the egg (microscopic) comes out, the follicle is still apparent on ultrasound.
It really depends on how far apart her cycles are. If a 28 day cycle, she'll be most fertile around day 14. You can use an ovulation predictor kit to learn more.

Hi Asim. I'd use an ovulation predictor kit if you don't see changes in your cervical mucous around ovulation time. If you have a 28 day cycle, then have sex between cycle days #10-17 or so. If it's shorter or longer the days would adjust.

hi Bless! I think you know your body better than your period tracker. Your CM definitely suggests you were ovulating within a few days of March 10th. This would mean you'll find out tomorrow! And if you haven't already, see a doctor. Get some basic tests done. You can start with a sperm test, and ultrasound. Ask your doc to run some hormones too to make sure everything is healthy. Shennel Ward yes! Ask your doc to look at all your the hormones we check in pcos. And have them help you balance your hormones. Do an ultrasound and make sure there aren’t any polyps and ask if you need a biopsy to evaluate for hyperplasia. Talk about nutritionist referrals and an exercise program. And see if you would benefit from metformin, progesterone every month to induce a period and other supplements like ovasitol, coq10 and vitamin d.

You're actually right! If ovulation was within 6 days of sex, yes! Pregnancy is a sign of ovulation. And ovulation occurs at different times of the month. And you can't get pregnant if you have sex when you're not ovulating. The egg is in the tube for about 24 hours or so. But sperm? That's the disconnect. Most people don't know that sperm can actually be there even when ovulation is 6 days after sex! So that's why you're thinking you are getting pregnant when you didn't ovulate. You did. The sperm found the egg after sex, when you DID ovulate (sperm was sticking around and there at ovulation time).

Yes! PCOS = HOPE syndrome :) H=hair+High testosterone O=ovaries P=period E=eating+exercise. Now that you know this, you can get hormones checked and start treatment. The treatment will be guided by your levels. If Testosterone is high, then you can take metformin/birth control/spironolactone. If periods are irregular, then you can take progesterone to induce periods. See a PCOS expert to get help and my mantra: test don't guess! Be sure you're getting an accurate diagnosis. PCOS can be diagnosed with blood work + ultrasound too.
Take the average number of days of your cycle, subtract 10 from the # of days then start having sex every 2 days for about 5-7 days before that. You will never miss an ovulation!

Hi Amy, I came off a hormonal spiral on the 4th of Feb this year. I used to have a regular cycle of 28 days before and during the spiral. I got my period on 9th March(41 days) after I removed it. I Later got my period on 3rd April(26days). I just got my period again on 2nd may(30days) after. How can I trace when I ovulate please? Since I don’t have a regular cycle. Thanks
Hi Juliet. You can start using an OPK around cycle day #12 and you maybe using it for even 10 days depending on the cycle. But you may want to talk to a doc about why your cycle length is varying. It could be a sign of something. The easiest thing to do is check an AMH Level. Ask your doc about this. Ask: Do I have PCOS or Decreased ovarian reserve? Hi, your videos are great but I've got a question for you. I would really appreciate it if you can answer it. My periods are on time. I regularly have my periods. I've had ultrasound test done which shows my ovaries are clear and there is no cyst. My blood test shows my progesterone levels are on borderline, which is suggestive of PCOS. Have you seen any cases like that as my BMI and everything else is normal. IURgent have any syndromes of pcos. The only thing I've noticed is that I don't produce enough cervical mucus like I used to. I feel I probably don't ovulate like I should. Are cases like mine common?
yes, what you describe is very normal. What this tells me is you have a lot of eggs. I'm assuming they did an AMH level and it was very reassuring. Perhaps consider taking: coq10 and ovasitol and see if that helps. Use the proovtest.com to see if your progesterone levels are good after ovulation. It's funny how I used to ovulate so much to an extent that I was fed up with the amount of discharge I was getting but the very first time I had intercourse, something very strange happened to my body. My periods started 15 days earlier and after that I was always dry. It was never the same. Are there any other powerful supplements you can recommend? I now get discharge but it's very very watery, I can't see it and even that disappears after a week. I only get that straight after my period but only for a week. If your cycles are regular and you're seeing a light line, when you see the light line and the line disappears is the window when you're ovulating. The reasons is: the tests aren't as good as we hope they are. I'm sorry that you had to experience a miscarriage . Sending you positive vibes.
I would do it daily or every other day starting with EWCM until 3 days after it ends. And of course doesn't have to be every day :) could be every other day.

Its pretty regular and this month I had EWCM on CD 15, no positive opk since CD 11 and today on CD 18 I had abdorminal cramping on my left side which went away after about an hour. hi Nokce. I think what you are referring to is HPV, not HIV. The answer is that HPV shouldn't increase risk for miscarriage. If this is your second miscarriage, do ask your doctor for a recurrent miscarriage work-up. This includes genetic screens, autoimmune tests, and tests on your uterus as well as egg quality tests.

I had received the paraguard non Hormonal birth control and only had it in for about 2 months tops it was effecting me weird and I had it taken out at the end of Jan 2020 but ever since then I have had pregnancy like symptoms during my 2 week wait and a lot of cramps almost every day during 2 week wait so I’ve thought I was pregnant the last few months just to get negative and period come. I think the best thing to do is set treatment goals. Here's how: Get your vitamin D, TSH, Testosterone, hgba1c, and cholesterol checked. Calculate your BMI. And now set treatment goals. If you can normalize your Testosterone, hgba1c and cholesterol as well as get your BMI in a "healthy BMI" range then you are definitely treating your PCOS and then you will have a better chance for pregnancy. When not trying to conceive: spironolactone, metformin, birth control helps. When trying to conceive: metformin, fertility pills to help you ovulate helps. And you can always take supplements like: Inositol, coq10, n-acetyl cysteine and lipoic acid. These supplements are natural supplements that can help.

Thank you for this question. It sounds to me from your question that your cycles are 21 days apart. This means that you could be ovulating around cycle day #8. We call this “menstrual disruption” and it happens more often in women with eating disorders. Rosemary Parks thank you for watching! I think with blocked tubes no matter your age the chance of pregnancy is zero. You can definitely be pregnant without tubes that are working. Get your AMH checked and then talk to your fertility doc about your options.

You still lose eggs over time when you aren't having periods. And that doesn't affect your fertility one bit. You can check your AMH level. It's an egg quantity test. It can give you an idea re: your egg health but mostly we use it to guide us re: how many eggs you have left. Your age is the best fertility predictor.

It's possible that you could have an ovarian cyst, or skipped ovulating. Talk to your doc about getting your hormones checked and an ultrasound done. I would also recommend you talk to your doctor about getting an HSG done as well. You can also induce a period with progesterone and see if it will start that way.

yes. It definitely could be. His hgba1c will be a sign. If he hasn't had one checked in the last 3 months, get his a1c checked. A 28 day cycle does not always mean you will ovulate around day 14 every time, this varies monthly because of stress, our diet, and other factors that is why testing ovulation each month helps to make sure you are timing intercourse correctly

I would have sex starting cycle day #10-15, every other day. Folic acid is a supplement that can help with pregnancy health (prevent certain birth defects). You can also monitor ovulation with an ovulation predictor kit.

Learn more about your egg quality at your age and take coq10 and see a doc. I tell anyone over 37 to consider being as aggressive as you feel comfortable being with treatment. It’s not easy to get pregnant at 42. So ask your doc what your chances are and what you can do to improve them. The fact that your cycles are every 28 days is a good sign!

Egg Whisperer Show hi Dr.aimee, I am 35 and ttc since a year . My Fsh 6.69, LH 3.68, TSH 4.357, insulin 7.2 at the 2nd day of periods. I have regular periods 25- 28 days cycle. Done TVS on 12th day which shows hemorrhagic cyst in one ovary 1.7 cm and other ovary have 2.3 cm and also folicle showed 1.9 cm . 1. were you taking fertility pills when you went in for this ultrasound? If yes, this is a nice response to meds. It seems like you're going to ovulate two eggs maybe three.
2. if you went in on day #12 and you weren't on fertility pills, then I wonder if you may have endometriosis. Ask your doc and see.
I would also: take a look at your fallopian tubes and sperm quality. And please keep trying. Ask for an AMH level and ask your doc to explain what the possible problems could be so you can design a treatment that will hopefully work. I never used fertility medicines, just want to know that are these hemorrhagic cysts dangerous and is that the cause of not getting pregnant? What about the 1.9 cm follicle? Was that mature enough to rupture or if ruptured so why I didn’t get pregnant bcuz I got my periods . My report shows endometrial thickness is 0.8cm, no mass seen in mayometrium. @@nishatkhan3662 you can! a 19mm follicle is totally normal. Get your tushy checked; Tushymethod.com and everything seems healthy. Ovulation is a chemical reaction at the surface of the ovary. When the egg (microscopic) comes out, the follicle is still apparent on ultrasound.

odiri ogezo what you describe seems like a normal cycle. If may be a few days later than you’re used to but it’s still considered normal. However if you’re worried, talk to your doctor. Have an ultrasound done and a hormone check to be sure everything looks healthy.

And if you haven't already, see a doctor. Get some basic tests done. You can start with a sperm test, and ultrasound. Ask your doc to run some hormones too to make sure everything is healthy. Hey doc am trying for baby number 2 but I have pcos and this year I started having heavy periods that lasting for a whole month and I get blood clot as well a lot of them but I don't see my period every month and I don't know when I ovulate etc any advice u can give me also I do get ovary pain off and on during my period
Shennel Ward yes! Ask your doc to look at all your the hormones we check in pcos. And have them help you balance your hormones. Do an ultrasound and make sure there aren’t any polyps and ask if you need a biopsy to evaluate for hyperplasia. Talk about nutritionist referrals and an exercise program. And see if you would benefit from metformin, progesterone every month to induce a period and other supplements like ovasitol, coq10 and vitamin d.

Hi Aimee I have been trying to conceive for years I've been to numerous doctors and all they say is you have pcos but nothing they give me helps. I use to get my menses at first but for sometimes now is not coming and I'm not pregnant too. Please what do I do
Follow my approach: 1. get your PCOS levels checked: AMH, testosterone, hgba1c, prolactin, TSH, vitamin D, lipid panel, and metabolic panel 2.Based on the labs, see what needs to be fixed 3. Ask your docs what meds + supplements would be helpful 4. Make sure you're having periods every few months (induce them with progesterone ) 4. And consider checking sperm tubes and doing an ultrasound if it's been awhile. If you're over 35, consider IVF so you can preserve embryos for the future. I respect you knowledge however I know a woman can get pregnant at anytime during the month cuz I have 4 boys an I got pregnant with each one at different times.. my first I got pregnant after ovulation, 2nd I got pregnant right before my period, 3rd I got pregnant on my period an my 4th I got pregnant the day after my period. You're actually right! If ovulation was within 6 days of sex, yes! Pregnancy is a sign of ovulation. And ovulation occurs at different times of the month. And you can't get pregnant if you have sex when you're not ovulating. The egg is in the tube for about 24 hours or so. But sperm? That's the disconnect. Most people don't know that sperm can actually be there even when ovulation is 6 days after sex! So that's why you're thinking you are getting pregnant when you didn't ovulate. You did. The sperm found the egg after sex, when you DID ovulate (sperm was sticking around and there at ovulation time).

Yes! PCOS = HOPE syndrome :) H=hair+High testosterone O=ovaries P=period E=eating+exercise. Now that you know this, you can get hormones checked and start treatment. The treatment will be guided by your levels. If Testosterone is high, then you can take metformin/birth control/spironolactone. If periods are irregular, then you can take progesterone to induce periods. See a PCOS expert to get help and my mantra: test don't guess! Be sure you're getting an accurate diagnosis. PCOS can be diagnosed with blood work + ultrasound too.

Take the average number of days of your cycle, subtract 10 from the # of days then start having sex every 2 days for about 5-7 days before that. You will never miss an ovulation!

No matter what, it's harder to get pregnant as we get older. But this is the thing: nothing happens fast. Our egg numbers decline slowly over decades. hi Lety. If your thyroid is not balanced yet, then yes! It can affect ovulation. However do get your AMH and other hormones checked like prolactin and a day 3 fsh estradiol (once your period starts). Learn more and make sure you aren't missing something else.

Hi Amy, I came off a hormonal spiral on the 4th of Feb this year. I used to have a regular cycle of 28 days before and during the spiral. I got my period on 9th March(41 days) after I removed it. Hi Juliet. You can start using an OPK around cycle day #12 and you maybe using it for even 10 days depending on the cycle. But you may want to talk to a doc about why your cycle length is varying. It could be a sign of something. The easiest thing to do is check an AMH Level. Ask your doc about this. Ask: Do I have PCOS or Decreased ovarian reserve? Other hormonal imbalances like thyroid issues can also cause this. Sending you positive fertility vibes.

What you describe can be a variation fo normal but it could be a sign of an ovarian cyst, low progesterone or other hormonal issue. I am not concerned about what you describe but you know from watching my videos I am a big believer in "asking more questions."
Hi, your videos are great but I've got a question for you. I would really appreciate it if you can answer it. My periods are on time. I regularly have my periods. I've had ultrasound test done which shows my ovaries are clear and there is no cyst. My blood test shows my progesterone levels are on borderline, which is suggestive of PCOS. Have you seen any cases like that as my BMI and everything else is normal. IURgent have any syndromes of pcos. The only thing I've noticed is that I don't produce enough cervical mucus like I used to. I feel I probably don't ovulate like I should. Are cases like mine common?
yes, what you describe is very normal. What this tells me is you have a lot of eggs. I'm assuming they did an AMH level and it was very reassuring. Perhaps consider taking: coq10 and ovasitol and see if that helps. Use the proovtest.com to see if your progesterone levels are good after ovulation. It's funny how I used to ovulate so much to an extent that I was fed up with the amount of discharge I was getting but the very first time I had intercourse, something very strange happened to my body. My periods started 15 days earlier and after that I was always dry. It was never the same. Are there any other powerful supplements you can recommend? I now get discharge but it's very very watery, I can't see it and even that disappears after a week. I only get that straight after my period but only for a week. Which suggest I'm probably not ovulating.

My cycle is anywhere from 28 days to 32 days. Its pretty regular and this month I had EWCM on CD 15, no positive opk since CD 11 and today on CD 18 I had abdorminal cramping on my left side which went away after about an hour. Still no positive opk. Does that mean I ovulated today or will I ovulate tomorrow? Also when is the best time to test the urine?
@@amaroza100 yes, it does sound like cycle day #18 is the day based on the symptoms. Check for pregnancy in about 2 weeks from day #18.

Bang Garang I tell my patients that the opk isn’t as accurate as people think it is. So as long as it’s close it means you’re ovulating soon!
