I use a lot of stickers when stacking up my milled lumber to dry on the #slabskids Here I am milling an oak log on the Wood-Mizer LT15 Wide electric sawmill making stickers. I show how I use blocking to hold the boards in place while milling stickers.

We were doing the same thing yesterday. I usually dread milling stickers but once the process gets going it isn't that horrible 🤣 We usually use white pine but more recently switched to cherry.

Would ash be a good choice for stickers since it has low moisture content
