I fitted the same system to my Honda NC750. The dealer recommended that I buy it to improve the performance at low revs. After paying with an arm and two legs, I found that the unit was a little lighter, a fraction noisier but not really much better over the stock silencer. On checking the maker's website I learned that my investment had gained me a mind-blowing 1/2hp. I later learned that I neede to 'decat' to get the best from the Akropovic.
exhausts improving performance is a myth on japanese bikes. they gain 1-2 hp at best. maybe with a decat and an ecu tune you'll gain a fraction more but nothing you'll ever notice while riding. Exhausts are noise and noise only. If you want more sound out of yours, take the baffle out. Also, any reputable and honest tuner will tell you that exhausts and tuning are only for sound and throttle response, nothing else. The NC750X is already tuned for low end torque and no exhaust will significantly improve that
I prefer the standard exhaust,that would piss me off after a couple of hundred miles.Most people have crotch rockets for that including me and my wife.This is a 600 mile per day bike for the purpose of enjoying life and the open road with a bit of tranquility thrown in for good measure. And you can still misbehave🤫.Great account!

just remove the screw and pull it out bro
@@sanderbrust Very late reply on this but on this exact exhaust there is no screw. It is welded so you need to drill a hole through the weld.
