  • Before you begin installation, review the included instructions and verify that you have all the required parts and hardware before proceeding. You'll also want to verify that you have all the proper tools before disassembling your vehicle.
Command the dark with Rough Country's set of 2-inch Flush Mount Square Cree LED Lights. These powerful yet small LEDs feature an extended housing to sit flush with your bumper, roof rack, or wherever you can imagine! Once installed, these lights look like an OEM factory upgrade. Today we will be showing you how to install these lights on a factory Ford F-150 bumper but almost any bumper with adequate surface area will work.
    To begin installation,
    1. Remove the contents of the package and lay everything out in preparation for your install.
    2. Take a look at your bumper and decide where you want your lights and the spacing between them.
    3. Look behind the bumper and make sure the spot you choose is clear directly behind the area you selected and you have enough clearance to insert the lights.

    4. Start by taping off both sides of your bumper in preparation to cut the holes out for your Rough Country Cree Led Lights.

    5. Use a tape-measure to measure the distance from each side of your bumper and from top to bottom to find a center point to accurately trace your light pattern.
    6. Trace the provided pattern in its entirety using your markings from the previous step.
    7. Once your pattern is complete use a center punch to put indentions in the part of the pattern where your bolts will go.
    8. Using a cone or stepping drill bore out the 4 holes for you bolts.
    9. Using the same cone drill bore out a hole inside your pattern to start cutting out a slot for your led light.
    10. Test fit you light into your newly cut hole to check for proper fit. minor sanding with an angle or barrel grinder may be required if you light does not fit at first.
    11. Once you have an adequate fit for the light, remove the tape from your bumper and repeat the previous steps on the other side of your bumper.
    12. Once both of your lights are installed Insert the screws and and use an Alan wrench and a standard wrench to tighten.
    13. Once everything is tight run the wiring extension from the back of your bumper, underneath the body of your vehicle to the battery
    14. Be mindful of where you run your wiring so in does not get caught between potential pinch points when the body of the truck flexes.
As you can see, a set of 2-inch Flush Mount Cree Led lights can set your vehicle apart from the pack and give it an interesting look with added functionality. The various uses for these light are only limited by your imagination and are available in Black and Chrome Series. Get yours today!

If you don't put primer and paint on the bumper's raw steel cutouts, they're going to rust badly in no time.

I'm considering purchasing these, but my bumper area is relatively small. I have about 3.5 inches of flat bumper. You guys say its 2 inches, but does that include the housing? If not, could you please tell me what the dimensions are with the housing included? Thanks!

Is a relay needed for these lights?

Relay should always be used if above a 2 amp draw. Most people on here dont use one...
