BEST way to mount axles to your **BEACH CART**

Installing U-Bolts on your beach cart or lift kit, this is how I do it and why I do it this way!!!

Need aplate on top and bottom as the washers and nylocks will bend the frame on the bottom side as well IMO. This is how I set mine up as the aluminum frames are weak and will "dent" from the nylocks and washers.

Appreciate the tip. That looks like an aluminum axle. In DIY, I have a 5/8 aluminum rod 7075. Think it’ll work?

Put another flat plate metal on other size too instead of just washer so you don’t dent that sit too

Are these u-bolts 3/4" or 1" ?

@@NamucaPresident they are for 3/4” axle’s. It has a 1” hole spacing center to center.
