If there were an MTV like the early 80's, this would go monster and this band would be packing arenas. This video would be on heavy rotation. The song bores into your head , "ladies and gentlemen!" The Better Nature album is much more cohesive and potentially accessible to the mainstream than previous ones, several unbelievable songs there. Their best yet.

As the show goes on, she remains on the run she'd uncover a much larger conspiracy as she pieces together her past links with the underworld and it's darker links with the supernatural....

I love all the little sonic nods to earlier songs with riffs and samples in the background. Great song, I have hoped for more of a direction back to heavier instrumental focused songs( if that makes any sense) similar to the first two albums and less of the electronic influence but I'm definitely not mad at this at all. It's just the drummer is so flippin good and this song sort of sounds like more of a robotic version of his stuff. Still not bad at all! I just love these guys so much. Radioactive Kind of on the same page as Chris.. and I did buy the album (and I've seen them twice live, once being the tour for Neck of the Woods) and it still doesn't compare to their first two albums for me. This is kind feeling like a mix of Neck and Swoon which is making me very optimistic though and I'm SUPER stoked for this album.

I've been waiting for more Silversun Pickups for like, 3 years now.
Growing up in the 90's as a teenager... This song could have been used in Natural Born Killer's.... NIN, Sisters of Mercy etc from that Era... Great track always loved it.

I love the entire production here.. really great work. I've watched this so much, that to hear the song without the spoken parts wouldn't be as satisfying.

ils sont toujours aussi géniaux. ils sont capable de garder leur son/leur identité et ce sur chaque album. A chaque sortie d'album j'ai peur de ne pas retrouver la "sspu touch" mais encore une fois ils prouvent que j'avais tort de m'en faire. Ce sont les meilleurs il n'y a pas photo !! j'adore !

I skipped their last album (although it did have a few good enough songs), but this is pretty nice. Good clip also. curious about the new album. Hope it gives me the same feeling as Carnavas or swoon

Radioactive Kind of on the same page as Chris.. and I did buy the album (and I've seen them twice live, once being the tour for Neck of the Woods) and it still doesn't compare to their first two albums for me. This is kind feeling like a mix of Neck and Swoon which is making me very optimistic though and I'm SUPER stoked for this album.
chris v I think Neck of The Woods is their best album. If Swoon's 2nd half was as good as the first half, it would be their best, but...it wasn't imo
***** Neck of the woods underwhelmed me to be honest. I felt it lacked some of the energy Carnavas and Swoon had. I think this new song easily eclipses anything on neck of the woods.
I felt Neck of the Woods lacked the grittiness I fell in love with on Carnavas.
Got to see them last night in St. Agustine, FL and I was blown away by their amazing performance they sound so amazing live and their atmosphere is just insane they're great!
SSPU are, simply, the COOLEST band. :D
I don't recall ever hearing any sort of spoken word on any of their other tracks, very nice to see them still making innovations on their work.
