Such little ships must be the result of divine inspiration. Not only massively constructed and impervious to anything the ocean can dish up but BEAUTIFUL to boot. It's a living thing!!
I was thirsty for beauty ..this quenched my need. I will place this gem tour in my 'keepers file' for it thoroughly eludes- exudes so many looks- tones & turns to serve as benchmarks, for my truck camper which has been my make believe boat as far as the interior goes. Its served nicely as a snug full-time home since purchasing in 2004..that's correct..US/ central west coast now living about Marin & Monterey- Big Sur,to be close to my children & of course the sea🎐
You can keep your plastic moulded floating buckets. This is more my speed. What a lovely ole lady she is.
Simplicity is magnificent tis a real boat
Nicely filmed bro! Very graceful turn around at her bow..timing good too...I luv this boat...old city appears charming in a real sense...thank you !!
Beautiful boat. Very thorough video. Thanks!
An absolute beauty..magnificent vessel.
True indeed
Absolutely Gorgeous!!
Beautiful vessel ⛵ thanks for sharing
What a beautiful boat!!
Amazing vessel 👍🏻😍
Gorgeous
That is a well built Channel Pilot Cutter sailboat. I would love to own something like that before I die, but since I'm on my way out, thats' probably not going to happen. That sailboat will take you anywhere in the world.
Let someone else own it, go as a guest/crew!
Beautiful…
Very sleek designing. Low profile cuddy. Easy to move around deck/cockpit. Lots of quarter sawn gold oak. And I I love the fore cabin arrangement, so tired of the typical V berth thing. 👍👍👍
Wow!! What a beautiful little ship. I bet you won't see any silly blue underwater flood lights on her...
Cudo.
Pokochałem go😃😃😯😲💘🌹🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱🇵🇱
nice boat
Thats a proper little ship, what is the underwater lines like, is she traditional underwater as well, or is she a bit more modern? Didn't see 1 piece of plywood in that beauty
Please Bo, no face lifts, you will always be stunning just the way you are❤
sweet
I want one as soon as my lottery numbers come up. Capt John
Nice boat. My concern would be during bad weather. Not many places to harness up to. Good wave would wash you away. I do love the gaf rigged boats
Part of the thrill. Hunker in to the bulwark or head down below !!
It's not a replica nobody ever puts a time limit on making stuff. If I build a house it is not a replica it's just another house.
I agree
WOW....... 👍👌🥰
It looks much older than 2017. What a pity that a boat that had such a tremendous amount of work put into building it did not have a cover put over it.
You failed to read the description that says the boat has a cover for winter. Not really practical to cover and uncover during sailing season.
@@galerae947 you failed to realise that the boat looks like a piece of shit. The wood is so badly oxidised that it shows no one has given a stuff about it. I have managed literally over one hundred yachts with wooden exteriors, I would have lost the lot if I let them degrade to this condition.
@@galerae947 So sorry. Thomas is talking about such pity condition and look of the boat, but you are talking about covering the boat and such issues. You are missing the point.
Some comments if I may.
No handholds on companionway ladder
No handholds around stove
SaloonTable has no fiddles when opened.
Thats not the hawsepipe in the forepeak its the spurling pipe.
Line storage in the maincabin over inaccesible storage chest.
Nice day boat
I don't think you have spent much time on traditional boats.
I’d be interested what they took the lines from to build this as it’s nothing like any of the Bristol Channel Pilot cutters coming out of the yards in the turn of the century! I know one thing, if I asked for a Bristol Channel Pilot cutter to be built and this was the end result I’d be very disappointed!
Sorry Sir but why do you not use a Microphonewindshield? It would be match better for the audience to follow your Video … by the way another good Video 👍🏽
I'll take it if you'll give it to me
Less than 30 seconds in : Have the proper equipment ! Get a god dam wind muff !
Howmuch?
Euros 220.000
To buy it or run it ?
@@andrewtrip8617 To buy it, plus half that per annum to run it.
Clearly this 6 year old boat has suffered from lack of proper maintenance.
Decks and capping rails could perhaps do with re oiling but otherwise I'd say she was maturing well.
They are built and maintained as "work" boats not fancy gentleman's yachts. I didn't spot any poor maintenance,
