i have my own routine for the weights + ab exercises i do, but i’ll follow madfits videos if im not in the mood for my own i also do lidia mera & madeleine abeid pilates then some hiit & dance vids
@@miale9367 lower body= wall sits, reverse lunges, pulse squares (as a warm up) with weights i do rdls, hip thrusts, goblet squats, glute squats 4x10 upper body i do 100 jumping jacks warm up, with weights = bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, shoulder presses, overhead tricep extensions, lateral raises, 4x10, and i do pull ups til failure i do random ab/core exercises on youtube but i always do 30 plank twists, 2 minute plank, side planks, heel taps, 100 weighted crunches, and some bicycle crunches
i'm glad because i like all of these foods as well!!😁🩷 i also just wish a lot of these foods were lower in calories too lol. this vlog was very nice and calming, along with the music :)
