As luck with have it, the Navy just ordered 4 of their drones for evaluation to keep the program going.
Unfortunately the Navy has the smallest of all budgets of the armed forces so they won't be able to buy a huge number of these drones as the Army can.
However, it should be enough to get the program back up on its feet and profitable for HAL.
Hopefully they have better management running the project and will close any gaps identified by the Navy and then move towards certification. If its under the same management, the program is doomed.
