I haven't eaten sugar for a year Super energy dessert without sugar. You have to try this! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰
Cooking recipe and ingredients:
50g pumpkin seeds.
Fry in a pan.
75g Roast walnuts in a pan.
shredding
Soak 110g of dates in water for 15 minutes.
Remove the date stone.
slashing
75 dried apricots.
Grind in a blender.
1 orange zest.
Mix all the ingredients.
Form a cylinder.
20g Fry sesame seeds in a pan.
Roll the cylinder in sesame seeds.
Place in the freezer for 2 hours.

This looks lovely. A quick note for future videos, we say "slicing" not "slashing" for cooking. And the walnuts are "chopped" not "shredded". Shredding is smalls strips or strings, chopping is small chunks. Otherwise nicely done 😊
