My favorite part of Los Feliz is the in-between price range area, over by Hillhurst and Franklin, also all up and down Vermont. Super pretty and fun neighborhood, but didn't really get featured here at all
You on the backside of Laughlin Park. There's another entrance on Los Feliz Blvd to the right of where you turned on to Los Feliz.. Driving east there are Many more expensive homes along and above Los Feliz Blvd.
You totally missed the Holly Hock house! You can do better than that. The first house you saw under construction was the Holly Hock guest house. As you drove past the steps on your left, you could've parked then stood on the the steps face the Beautiful view of the Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign (I have Photos). Behind you to the left is the Holly Hock house. Oh by the way you were in Barnsdall Park. Ms Barnsdall owned the land and had Mr. Wright design and build the house for her. There are tours of Holly Hock. There's Barnsdall Art Gallery and Barnsdall Gallery Theatre for stage productions. As well as an art centre for classes. The Reese Witherspoon HBO series Big Little Lies was shoot there.
@John F. Jr - Thanks for the insider's tip! The tour is on my list of things to do in the near future. What a nice piece of land and view. I had no idea, until I drove through there. Thanks for watching!!
It looks like a clean and cute little community filled with beauty tucked away on the outskirts. I really want to live here.
It’s chill, it’s walkable, it’s safe, and people are friendlier than Beverly Hills.
The walkability is my favorite part as well! Thanks for watching! -Anthony
Really professional; you can actually hear and understand the commentary. Can we have more from this stable?

Great insight into LA. Had no idea it was that hilly and so beautiful. Wow. Would love to visit.
Hopefully you visit soon. Thanks for watching, I really appreciate it! -Anthony
Great video. My mom grew up in those hills and although your pronunciation is probably correct, she pronounces it Los Fee liss
I grew up in Los Feliz in the 80s and pronounce it same as you mom.

Meu sonho é conhecer Los Angeles! Obrigado por fazer vídeos assim! 👏👏👏
Enjoyed the video - wanted to correct you, though, on F. L. Wright - he worked predominantly in the early-mid 20th century.
@normajeanecollector - Thanks for the revision at 01:27! 20th Century** I appreciate the view, and glad you enjoyed the video. 🌴
Frank Lloyd Wright lived in the 20th century or the 1900's. The 19th Century is the 1800's.
