I'm from Texas and I been having rat problems
It's great you go on the roofs. My HOA in PA has uncovered roof vent pipes and I am sure rodents getting in there but I cannot have HOA do anything, and I have gone through 5, yes 5 exterminator companies who refuse (for liability reasons or just chicken sh...t!) to get on roof....useless. With 15" blown insulation they cannot see anything in attic, yet. But don't check more than small corner (lazy). Plus, we are on slab-on-grade....cannot get under the condo quad. Never be in an HOA again. I have to try and sell 10 yr old place with nightly scratching, thumping going on as I've spent a fortune already on traps, bait, and rubber snakes hanging from bushes to get rodents clear of foundation, Ps....vinyl siding is BAD; they get under that where it meets with foundation! I wish you guys would franchise into south central PA!!!

Hey im from Vancouver BC Canada and I purchased a home 5 years ago and recently have been hering rats in the walls have had 5 other companies out like orkin ect all they did was come in lays traps and posin and left and hot me with a 280 build and I said no o don't think so u need to go around the property doingball the exlution work around the property and roof plus a smoke test theybsaid they can't go on the roof and insaid well I can't pay you then and the left ur team is the best in the business and inwpukd love to fly unand ur team to Vancouver on my company jet put u up in the guest house on my property it's 2 story 8 bedroom house I live I'm west vancouver onnthe water house is 85,000sqf worth 56million dollars will pay to ship anybequipment unneed to my house in containers don't know what u charge but al willing to pay $350,000 to fix issue and if u can fix within 2weeks will give ever meter of ur crew a $5000 bonus

No, UA-cam is making us do this. We get strikes on our channel. This is why we had to create a membership site which has censorship, no Ads and you will get to see the videos before anyone.
