I'll attest to that! They sent their affiliate company to my home in NC. After multiple companies drained me financially with misdiagnosis of a crawl space rat infestation in 1 year. And 1 company rep treat me like I was crazy when I said the scratching sounded like a bigger animal from inside the wall. Only to have Twin Home Repairs servicemen smoke test my home and find the correct culprit and entry points within 1 hour! Turns out it's was raccoons in my attic traveling down my walls. These gentlemen are a God send! ❤

Great work. I love how you don't desert a client because it's not a rat but something else. So many companies pull out and leave. I remember my in laws had skunks under their back porch space for a while. The stink wasn't absolutely horrible, but it was always there. Luckily, that winter they left and didn't come back. We had field mice get in our house, but we were able to find the entry point quite easily in our full basement outside door frame...I closed it up. Didn't even know it until while watching TV a little tiny mouse just casually walked out beside the TV cabinet... we saw it, but aren't prone to panic. I eased up and trapped it under the smoky cover of my old turntable. It actually went to sleep. We just finished watching the TV show, and I slipped a cup over the mouse, and trapped it and took it back to the field across the road. It was just too cute to kill...

When you made the incision in the wire occlusion, and smelled "wet blanket and skunk," there was a trail of rat droppings. So they had both at one time.

Skunks love raw bacon I've trapped many of them in the past. They are really cool critters. My froend had one as a pet he was de-skunked when he was a baby. I used to ask him for a kiss 💋 and he would purse his lips and make a smacking sound.

Rats for sure! Easier to trap them out.
Why not use the twinzymes in a jug sprayer? So your guys don't get carpal tunnel in there hands from the squeeze bottle.

When you start getting tired of the work and travel, I see you as contractors going around educating the extermination and rodent companies on your expertise. Educating them on your tried and true ways, and exclusion techniques. Sell them your traps, or teach them how to make them. Classroom and on the job education sometimes is different than your videos that they may feel intimidated watching earlier.
