小学4年生、10歳になったドラマー"よよか"が家族と組むバンド"かねあいよよか"の話題作がついに音源化！
「自転車」はよよかが8歳の時に作詞作曲。昨年あるTV番組用に書き下ろされた楽曲で、当時デモレコーディングも行われた。今年に入りドラムとコーラス、ベースを再録音し完成。
初々しいよよかのボーカルに、軽快なドラム。前作収録の「ハッピー」のアレンジも手がけた青木慶則の緻密かつ遊び心のあるトラックが彩りを添える。
冬は自転車に乗れなくなる北海道に住んでいるからこそ産まれたエバーグリーンな一曲。

2018年、世界的な女性ドラマーのコンテスト『Hit Like A Girl』の18歳以下の部にて、最年少の8歳でウイークリーチャンピオンとなる。Led Zeppelinの『Good Times Bad Times』をカヴァー演奏した応募動画が、アメリカのNBC、NPR、ローリングストーン誌やビルボードで特集され、世界中に拡散。
Led Zeppelinのロバート・プラント、Red Hot Chili Peppersのチャド・スミス、シェリル・クロウ、KISSのジーンシモンズやエリック・シンガー、Sonic Youthのキム・ゴードン、Paramoreのヘイリー、サス・ジョーダン、トニー・ロイスターJr.などから称賛される。
国内でも、矢野顕子、佐藤竹善、ハマ・オカモト、亀田誠治、ピエール中野、LOUDNESSの二井原実らも驚きとともにSNSでよよかを紹介。
2018年は『RISING SUN ROCK FESTIVAL in EZO』に史上最年少出演を果たし、オリジナル曲のほかChar、奥田民生などをゲストに迎え、Led Zeppelinの『Good Times Bad Times』を演奏。
2019年には『サマーソニック東京』でマウンテンステージのトリ、Fall Out Boyのステージにサプライズ登場。彼らと共演し2万人の観客を沸かせた。
また、シンディ・ローパーからオファーを受け、日本ツアーの最終日、東京オーチャードホールでの公演でゲストドラマーとして2曲演奏し、シンディと共演を果たす。
国内でも2019年、亀田誠治主催の『日比谷音楽祭』に出演。ゴダイゴ、JUJU、KREVA、Reiらと共演。他にも「MUSIC FAIR」「TBS音楽の日」「題名のない音楽会」などに出演し三浦大知、倖田來未、大黒摩季、サンプラザ中野くん、ROLLY、本田雅人など多くのアーティストと共演を果たしす。
また、Nike、Moncler、UNIQLOなど世界的ブランドのCMに抜擢。撮影はタイやニューヨークでも行われ、世界中から大きな反響を得る。
2019年は1月と5月にロサンゼルスにて収録される『The Ellen Show（エレンの部屋）』に日本人としては異例となる2度の出演を果たし、Foo Fightersのデイヴ・グロールからもビデオコメントで賞賛を受けた。また、ロサンゼルスの老舗ライブハウス「Whisky A Go Go」にて海外初ライブを大盛況で終える。
2019年4月には、Newsweek日本版「世界が尊敬する日本人100人」に史上最年少で選出。
８歳でドラムメーカーのPearl、VIC FIRTHと史上世界最年少エンドース契約し、Zildjian、CYMPAD、DWともエンドース契約。
2020年にロサンゼルスで開催された世界最大の楽器ショー”NAMM Show”のPearlブースにて、最年少、女性、日本人唯一のドラマーとしてパフォーマンス。

The song seems like it would fit well in an anime - "Sweetness and Lightning" comes to mind, with the character Tsumugi singing whilst on a bike ride with her Daddy and their friend Kotori-chan. A fun and breezy song, very happy. Well done, Yoyoka-chan! 😁
I didn't think she would be playing drums, composing AND singing so soon! But what did I expect from this phenomenally talented young girl.
I absolutely loved the arrangement. I can tell. Yoyoka enjoyed doing these compositions the mixture of marimba and xylophone was very cool. A very Joyful Joyful sound It was hard for me to wipe the smile off my face the whole time I listened. When I was a child. I came from a troubled household. I used to have a scooter. I did not learn how to ride a bicycle. Till I was 8 years old. All the other children could ride much earlier. The first time I rode I was afraid to use the brakes. I almost got hit by a car. After that, I was not afraid to hit the brakes. In my bicycle was freedom. I love my bicycle. And I loved my dog.😁🐕 My dog would run with me. When I rode my bicycle. My dog would be sitting there. Waiting for me when the school bus. Dropped me off. And I would run to her. Her name was bows. I slipped in the mud. One day and my dog was sad. I think yoyoka has a beautiful dog. I saw it in the Happy video. And I play that video. When I am sad I think the kid is a genius. And she is very fortunate. To have a good teacher. Sensei😁❤🌹🌈🧚♀️

As a bassist, I could imagine how mind-blowing it would be to jam with Yoyoka, since she plays sooo deep in the pocket. That's why I give props to the bassist in this video for her driving basslines locked so beautifully with Yoyoka's drumming. Props also to whoever mixed this track.
