Thank you for this video. I have noticed in your work that you do an incredible job of sanding and polishing your resin pieces. This will be a big help. Thanks!
you are so talented and thank you again for your kindness to share this long process with us. It looks like a lot of work, but I think it is well worth it for the beautiful results.
Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! Thank you so much for showing 2 methods of sanding, polishing, polishing compounds and tools used. I can see how each method can be used on different resin projects. Again, thank you!!
Thank you. It seems like almost every other video I see has talking that seems like it goes on and on. This is simple and to the point. If I could hug you I would cause it makes sense to me now
Brilliant video I have made quite a lot of resin pieces but have only used a nail file around edges, not actually sanded the whole thing as not been brave enough. Thankyou.xx
Thank you for this video. My granddaughter made a sphere and the resin leaked out and it had a ring around it. I have been trying to figure out how to make it shine after the 5 sanding steps. Thank you again for this video!
Ich liebe Pusteblumen und habe auch schon einige in epoxidharz verewigt. Deine gefallen mir auch sehr gut, tolle Arbeit. 😊👍👍 hast du auch epoxidharz verwendet oder Resin? Danke
Thanks for sharing. I always ruin my resin whenever I polishing it. This really helpfull. Maybe you can teach how to polish if the shape is more like diamond
Bit late to the party lol. But the process of putting the resin in hot water for 20 minutes to get air bubbles out. Is that once its mixed up and ready to pour that it's placed in the water?
Thank you so much. You do beautiful work! I love your videos. Where do you get your molds for your little spheres? I see that you have to replace them every so often.
Is it necessary to always sand & polish every piece? I’ve seen some people pull their resin work out of the mold & it looked fine. Is this only if it’s cloudy?
I also use a translator)) I do not process all products, some products do not need it)) J'utilise également un traducteur)) Je ne traite pas toutes les marchandises, certains produits n'en ont pas besoin))
You have pretty, feminine hands. Very clever, putting the sandpaper on a towel, to better conform with the shape of the sphere. I see many crafters sanding resin-coated tumblers with sanding blocks - the opposite of what should be used. I'm intrigued by the tool you referred to as a mini Dremel. What is it? The fact that it uses a regular chuck key suggests that it might be a quality tool. I'm curious.
Can you show us (or reply) which resin you use to make your balls that you drop alcohol inks into that are all swirly? I adore your projects & would love to know. Thanks so much 🙏🏼💕
not sure if you found what you were looking for. I use mica powder when doing epoxy projects and spray rubbing alcohol to give it a nice pearling effect. Hope that helps
Hello, amazing work. May I ask what polishing compound you used? I’ve only just started and not sure if there are specific ones especially for epoxy resin. I was given a Polish from a car care store but it’s not doing anything. Thank you
The video is interesting and useful, but I hope you know the risks of using this with your bare hands and breathing the fumes. Shit is poison. On second thought I need to buy that polishing rag for the machine. Why did you choose to do the rest after 180 by hand and not by machine?
What she doesn't show, is you need a very good mask and actually a respirator to even do this. The dust from epoxy is very dangerous to inhale. I think you should probably be wearing gloves too. I do enjoy her videos, but she doesn't answer questions or tell you what you all need to do.
I show ideas, there is no tutorial in this blog. Sometimes I show all the steps and all the details, but I am not responsible for your safety, please consider this. Bloggers work both with the camera and with resin at the same time, and it is very important to feel your fingers when I work with the camera. There are always working conditions and safety measures on the resin packaging.
Not everyone watches every one of your videos if you've posted about safety before. At the beginning of each one of your videos you should tell people the proper safety equipment you use. That's the responsible thing to do.
I just don't get it... You use wet sandpaper and you sending it dry?!?!?!?! Wetting it makes sanding much faster nad acurate. Water takes away the dust - sanded particules - away and you always use clean sanding surface. Sanding it the way you do - after few moves you are clogging the spot which is clearly seen on your vid plus you making dust that you can braethe - not too healthy.
Most of the time I do everything with water, but when I need special control over the shape I prefer not to use water. In the water, it will be hard for you to see how much you have worn off.
A person can really appreciate an art when you see the work that goes into it. Beautiful pieces!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ㅂ
Thank you, I really needed this video, because this is the only part I keep struggling with.. So thank you again for this..
Such beautiful work. I'll never look at a dandelion the same. This is such a helpful video.
