As someone who grew up with John Deere and my grandpa hating anything red, i cant say anything bad about Case Tractors! i think the tech is brilliant as well with any tractor out on the market. everyone has the preference on machinery , at the end of the day , they all get the job done!
I've never done this but reading in the john Deere manuals with their powershift transmissions. You can hold the shift lever and it will skip gears to get to speed faster. I'm sure that's it. Either way dude in the deere too slow on the shifts.

why not? ever heard of pulling a grain cart, manure tanker, silage trailer, scrapers? When you do 60 loads a day how fast you accelerate makes a big difference. It can add extras loads in the same amount of time. The deere has a smoother shift but its also sooooo slow I was yelling at the stupid thing to shift when I drove it. Got in the case and held the shift button. It takes off and shifts firmer but faster!
i farm myself and yes ive heard of those things lol. i guess it makes sense if every second counts, i dont grow corn so i dont need to be in that big of a hurry.
