    Thank you so much, and Happy Spring to you. I had a Lebanese neighbor here in US who often gave me tea of Rosemary, thyme and oregano, with a little honey and lemon. I loved it and miss her now that she’s in Paris. Your video today is a sweet reminder of sharing simple, healthy beauty with those we love. 🙏☺️🫖💕

    I watched another of your videos with the Blackberry and limes drink. I Love blackberries, but limes are too high in sugar for diabetics, but this Rosemary is neutral and sounds good, so I'm going to try ! 🤗

      It sounds like you should be fine. Just don’t drink it all the time while pregnant. Once probably won’t hurt :)

      Yes, the bitter taste is absolutely normal, and the more bitter the better for liver health, actually. Adding a squeeze of lemon will diminish this bitterness without changing the amazing properties of this beverage.

      You should not drink it everyday, it will start to have negative effects on the body. 2-3 times a week is good

      No...Rosemary is a students secret weapon! One gentle inhalation in each nostril improves deep concentration, focus and retention while studying. Alternatively a sprig of fresh rosemary does trick. When I need an instant boost I will crush a few leaves in my palm.
