Taurine might have possible benefits, but it also has some significant potential negative side effects. Taurine can increase anxiety and along with that increase mood volatility, and not in a good way. This isn't typically seen in the short term, but rather after a few weeks of continued use at even a very moderate dose (2.5 g/day). Fortunately the effects are not permanent and substantially dissipate after a week or so of not using it. Be warned. I've seen it happen in 2 cases.

Whey protein is just protein. Any protein builds muscle.
    Taurine is good for energy
DHEA works very good as well.
So does DIM. DIM is an estrogen blocker that helps build natural test.

I definitely notice a little difference in my strength, muscle growth, energy and recovery, than when off the TA, but dang, when I’m on TA it’s night and day difference. Love TA. I’ve also been on HMB and D3 supplementation for about a year and noticed a difference off that in the beginning. Not so sure now. Maybe just over powered by TA. Anyway, would love to hear your research and opinion on Shilajit. Love for channel. Thanks

At the peak of my interest & free time, I was exercising 7 days a week (cardio, 5 mi * 7 min) and weights or rock climbing 5 days a week. My stack was : creatine, beta alanine, taurine, l arginine. Drink coffee but never took preworkouts /caffeine prior to gym. I tested each one independently with no other supplements to see the effects before doing that combined stack. I would like to work back up to that tempo and this time I am going to add high doses of collagen and glycine to the stack. Thanks for sharing so many videos

Best tasting whey protein is ryse. As far as losing belly fat you can’t spot reduce fat so as long as you are in a calorie deficit and lift, eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight and do light cardio you will get leaner eventually and your muscle will show, although it is unlikely you will build much muscle while in a calorie deficit so once you cut down to where you want to be go in a slight surplus while slightly increasing protein and you will start acquiring muscle

It would be great to hear a similar video more aimed at endurance sports. I take taurine and creatine religiously but will drop off creatine a week or so out from race days due to water retention (would be good to hear your thoughts on that)

There's also a Magnesium that contains it, this one is really terrible, worst thirst i've ever felt and it doesn't go away until many hours later, i bet i could drink 3l of water and i would still feel thirsty.

Ripping down a slope in knee deep powder is like doing sprints. You can get a little gassed. But with nitric oxide, the recovering is one third the time. Then off again ripping it up. Same in the gym. Just me, but I swear by it. Great video. Thanks.

Citrulline and Arginine. Definitely gives you "pump" in the gym. It's in every PWO. It's also usually included in pills that are supposed to give you "pump" in a specific body part and it works there too. It can also lower blood pressure and it can be risky to use for people who had heart problems. Kind of a light version of Viagra.

The video by Thomas Delauer on the "7 Most Powerful LEGAL Supplements for Building Muscle & Losing Fat" provides several key takeaways regarding supplement use for fitness enthusiasts:
    1. **Effectiveness and Affordability**: All seven supplements discussed are legal, widely available, and provide a cost-effective way to enhance physical performance, muscle building, and fat loss.
    2. **Taurine**: Offers multiple benefits such as improved aerobic capacity, muscle power, recovery, and reduced muscle damage. It acts as a powerful antioxidant and has potential effects on muscle density.
    3. **Creatine**: Significantly improves strength, power, and recovery. It may also affect muscle mass indirectly through increased strength and signaling proteins. Creatine is safe, and its effects can be optimized with small, frequent dosages alongside glucose.
    4. **Whey Protein**: Superior in stimulating muscle protein synthesis compared to other protein types, mainly due to its leucine content. Whey protein intake is suggested throughout the day for maximizing muscle anabolism.
    5. **Essential Amino Acids (EAAs)**: Important for enhancing muscle protein synthesis, especially in caloric deficits. EAAs can improve muscle preservation, performance, and recovery.
    6. **Beta-Alanine**: Particularly effective for high-intensity exercises lasting 60 to 240 seconds by supporting carnosine levels, which help buffer hydrogen ions and maintain muscle glucose fuel.
    7. **Caffeine**: A well-studied supplement for improving mental focus, fat mobilization, and overall physical performance. The right dosage around workouts can significantly enhance exercise output.
    8. **Tongkat Ali**: Benefits include increased peak power, enhanced free testosterone levels, and potentially improved muscle strength and recovery. It’s especially highlighted for its performance and hormonal balance effects.
