This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Champion Homes. The model for this home is the “Advantage 2868 245.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,700 square foot. This model is located in a community outside of Detroit, MI. I love how you have organized your storage and so it looks like you have tucked away twice of what most of us could. You could teach home organization classes. 🙃
Boy, I would take that kitchen! Lots of drawers and lots of cupboards and shelf space. I like that the whole island is flat so that if needed you could use it as a cutting table or a place to lay out a quilt to get it ready for quilting. Plenty of space to lay out food for parties. I know it is a bedroom, but that is a great home office I wish ours looked so nice. I like the shower curtain. I know it didn't come with the place, but it is nice. I would like it in pink. Very nice and great to see actual people's furniture in the space to see how things fit. Not something I could ever afford although at 68 I am of the appropriate age.🙃

These ladies did a fabulous job on this home. I love seeing a home fully set up. It offers potential buyers a glance at how to set up the rooms to ensure they have enough space. So kind of the girls to allow you to explore their home.
For a 3 bed 2 bath that home was nice. Miss Kathy has some taste and class. Like being able to see what you can order on top of the base configurations.

I love all the cabinets in that kitchen.
Amazing...Ms Kathy isn't your typical retiree. She's rich in our eyes. Home is immaculate & stylish. The community must have a lot of healthy mobile seniors; not broken down like many if ys here in MD. The only two things that I did not like was that there was not a sink in the laundry room with that long counter and I could never fathom having that many steps to get inside of my home as a disabled person. She definitely has a model home and it was sweet of her too allow us to see the layout. I'm totally amazed at the community. I can only imagine what that rental fee is. Thanks Chance.❤

That is ANOTHER AWESOME house! I love that the dining room is at the front! I didn't like the kitchen at first but found that I like it! There are a lot of cupboards! I think this is the first island that doesn't have a sitting side, which I really like. The sunroom!!!! OMGOSH, I want! I love her office and the laundry room, perfect!

In regard to storage: I went to a friend’s house and they asked me to get something from one of the kitchen drawers in front of me. The drawer was EMPTY! Turns out I opened the wrong drawer. But I thought, who has so many drawers that they can afford an empty kitchen drawer?! That is living the dream.
Btw, the shades in Miss Kathy’s living room and sun room are what I have in my home and I love them.

She's got it beautiful inside and out! I have those day and night blinds in my kitchen and living room. I've only seen them here in the UK until now. It's nice to see how these are made into beautiful homes.

Wow nice home, I do like seeing an occupied home! My only concern with this layout was a smaller island in the kitchen needed. Also only heating floor vents I saw were three of them so furniture or rugs cover because like all homes the vents are on the floor under windows or right where you stand at the sink! Love the 2 porches and side entrance!
This was much better than the last smaller home I saw. It has a decent utility room and a small pantry. Bathroom is still lacking a permanent bench and needs a wand showerhead along with the flat or rain showerhead. All in all though it is still a vast improvement over that last one.

Very beautiful house.
Really like the outside look especially the skirting that looks like brick and stone. The whole outside space and landscaping is beautiful and love the two covered decks, again especially the back one. The interior layout is very very nice and totally LOVE THE KITCHEN WOW, THAT'S WHAT I CALL A WELL DESIGNED AND APPOINTED KITCHEN. the living room is ample and the room off the living is great bonus space. Bedrooms are not a bad size. Only thing I would have changed other than some light fixtures is the Master bathroom vanity because it didn't have any drawers. The Master shower was very attractive and would like that for myself and do love the bathroom sinks. Sounded like a great place if what I heard is correct about it being a community owned Park which means you own the lot plus have some common space so I guess would have a monthly up keep maintenance fee to pay too. I'd rather have that than renting the space. This one is I'd say a big winner with a 90% score of hitting all the boxes. To hit 💯% there would have to be a separate coat closet and a separate pantry closet. Very very nice. Thanks chance and thanks Kathy and her sister too.
