Thanks mate, I appreciate the concern. It's been a slow recovery but I'm getting there now.

Glad you're hitting us with the updates, not just new releases. Getting new features is better than learning a new app.

Nice, this is another great update with some great new additions, thanks for the song mode. :)

The new additions are great and add a lot cheers :) something which might help song mode could be an option to type in the number of beats for the length, maybe a long press etc so that it's quicker to set the number.

Yeah, I gave in and added it, even though I think few people will actually use it, it's better to have it there just in case!

Hi Paul, I’m looking for an specific feature but I’m not sure if it’s available: it’s related to the chord recognition mode but instead of recognizing a chord just passes the MIDI notes to the corresponding part, up to 4 notes. so f.e. If you play C3 then part 1 will play C3 instead of the selected note, if you keep playing C3 and add F3, then part. 2 will play F3 .. and so on, dynamically if you play one note just one part is active, if you play 3 notes then 3 parts play, if 4 notes then 4 parts… that would bring Euclidean to a new world of real-time polyrithmical madness, and would be exactly what I need! I’m currently using several apps to do something like that, either using poly2 or MiRack and some Mozaic scripts like Polymono. Having all in the wonderful Euclidean screen would be awesome. Thanks!

This is an interesting idea I never really thought about as currently it simply identifies a chord and attempts to push each note to the nearest note of that chord. I think what you are suggesting is to apply each of the first 4 fingers to a band. I will certainly do some experimenting with this idea.

    • @josueariasmusic

@@PaultheMusicMan yes! Thanks a lot for being so open to new ideas and experimentation. Each finger goes to a sequencer lane, if the are two finger then just two lanes are active , if you add a finger then the third line goes on, if yo leave the first finger the first lane goes off…. so the MIDI note on/off are activating and deactivating de lanes (including sustain pedal please,)

@@josueariasmusic Yes, I've had quite a tought few months but finally getting back to full strength. Since there is only me that writes all the 4Pockets apps I missed quite a few comments on my channel, but I will give you idea some thought and see if it is something I can implement or not.

Is it possible to exclude Reverse/Ping Pong from the randomize function? Be nice to find something that works and then subtly randomize out from there...same thing for gates, can they be excluded...cant seem to find a setting.

    • @PaultheMusicMan

Not currently, but I did consider refining the options to allow more control like this. I will bare this in mind for a future addition.
