To our surprise, we met someone from a special sake brewery at a sake store in Tokyo and found a sake that we had never tried before!
The sake brewery is called Hanaizumi sake brewery and is located in Fukushima prefecture.
Even in Tokyo or other place, you may have a chance to meet people from sake breweries and find a special sake so let's value each encounter!
