Excuse me I wanna know what is maccha powder heard first time the name i mean by what things it's been made up of
Thank you for your comment! Matcha means powdered tea. The powder comes from green tea that is steamed, stemmed and then ground into powder. It has a slightly bitter taste with notes of sweetness.You can mix it with hot water to drink it as tea or use it in dishes like the matcha tart I made :)
