Over Easter we were visiting family, and I fed baby. Husbands grandmother & her sister said how when they had kids they didn’t have nursing clothes and had to drape themselves with nappies (flat cloth ones) etc to be able to feed. Much easier now!
Thank you!!! I've been _struggling!_ This is so much more helpful to actually see vs reading a blog post with vague descriptions... Gotta go toss on my 2nd hand Ergo and try!! Thanks again!! 🙌🥰🤱
Thanks for helping to normalize breastfeeding in all circumstances and showing that although there are learned skills involved, it is easy once you get some tips!
That's how I did it with my first, it's really nice to see that you can't really see anything. Baby wearing and breast feeding were my two favorite things 🥰
I have to say, this was soooo helpful. I exclusively pumped with my first but I have been nursing my second. Nursing in the carrier has saved my back and so much time when we are out. I don’t have to stop and find a bench or hold the baby on my own. Thank you!
This is so helpful! I'm about to have my 4th baby and nursed all my kids but they never liked carriers. I've heard great things about the Tula so may try that. Which brand and model is your fav for newborn?
Congrats on your fourth, that's so exciting!! Tula can be a really great option- I have the explore and have used a free to grow. Many find that they can take a little time to break in, but once you have, it's so great! This Happy Baby Revolution is one of my most used soft structured carriers. But, I also really love the Boba X and the Olives and Applesauce Olympia 2.0. both are so easily adjustable from newborn- older toddler.
I wish i was able to do this but when you have really really big chest you just have to do the football and cris cross apple sause sitting position for babies feeding.
It can definitely take practice and help when baby is older, but I know many with larger chests who regularly nurse in their carrier. I have a close friend who's a K cup and still able to- it just took a bit of practice! But, every body is unique and those with very large chests may find they struggle or just don't find it comfortable! There is an account on Instagram called Plus Size Babywearing and she has great tips for nursing with a larger chest!
I wish nursing wasn’t so extremely painful. I’ve been to a consultant and it seems to be a me issue. I can’t keep still when he’s latched. It hurts so bad. I would give anything for it to not hurt
In that case, you might loosen one shoulder strap more than another and twist baby's bottom to the side so that s/he is kind of side lying. Can't explain exactly why, but that worked better for me sometimes!
@@lydiaswanson3240 I've loved everything that I have from them! I like how lightweight the cloud hoodie is, but I definitely reach for some of the heavier ones in the winter overall. But, I don't think you can go wrong!
definitely useful video for moms, nothing to say, but I can ask why this kid is always barefoot even when the clothing suggests it's not hot? if you're dressed and I guess you're wearing a pair of shoes, why not the baby?
1. She probably just stepped outside to do this quick tutorial. OR 2. Her child hates socks and shoes and sometimes you have to pick and choose your battles. I’m guessing the first one, but it could be both. I’m a parent of two.
It's not really that cold this day- I almost always wear long sleeves as I have a sun sensitivity (long sleeves or covered in sunscreen)- if you take a look at any of my videos where it's obviously cold- baby has socks or booties 🥰 But yes- he wasn't a fan of socks at this time, so if it wasn't cold, I didn't try to force it.
Kids like "lemme at 'em" 😂
My boy does that too I find it too cute and such an amazing bond 🥹🥰
Loving the breastfeeding content that’s actually useful, and not just sitting there feeding to show the internet that u breast feed lol
I find it amazing that there's clothing out there that makes it way easier for breastfeeding.

I’m done nursing and having babies but this would have been so helpful!! I know so many people will use this!!
Aw❤I miss breast feeding my boys. I think I just got baby fever. 😅
You look great, and you are rocking it taking care of your baby! Christmas colors 😍 Blessings to you and your family!
Good for you! Sharing this valuable information with the world! I don’t know how mommas survive without this method of nursing!
That's great! Things have come so far in the past 30 years! I love it!
Pretty red dress! Now I know the difference between yeah and yay 😁
Thank you! I couldn't figure out how to breastfeed her while in the carrier. This helps so much
What baby carrier do you have? I love the simplicity ! Thank you for this tip
This is the Happy Baby revolution!

@@letstalkbabywearing thanks for the reccomendations! I actually just got a Tula explore!! So excited to try it out.
I always wondered if this was possible. I feel like it'd be easier at times especially if you're already wearing them.

I sort of get a glimpse of Reese Witherspoon when I look at this content creator. Anyone else haha?
Ring sling and a tank top is how I did it back in the day . Go mama
Awesome! Good job Mama.
Beautiful
Damn, that's a lot of layers to struggle through
Good for you both.

That's a great idea
Thanks
I just wish I could make it comfortable enough.
Mine would get so big when I was nursing my babies that they would kind of suffocate when trying to nurse with them in a carrier.

Side note: Where did you get your hair wrap?
It's by Eyee Kids 💕
Is your hoodie the latched mama cloud hoodie?
Yes!
@@letstalkbabywearing I love latched mama and I’ve been trying to decide which hoodie I want to get from them, thank you!

I just wear v neck everything so I can just pull down.
Can you please send me links to sports bras and top
Is it normal to just feel like the baby is so LOW while you carry like this? I find it kind of awkward for that reason!

@@meettherodgers1374 these are assumptions that can be certain, but I think mom will surely have the answer...
