As a teenager who loves gothic rock and metal, I will NEVER stop being jealous of everyone who got to experience all my favourite bands and artists live. All the people my age go to pop concerts and get to meet their favourite artists, mine have all passed away and don’t even get the deserved recognition by my generation. Rip big green man
I think the worst is I had a chance to see them and cradle of filth and moonspell years ago in San Francisco and didn't want to go that time but figured I'd see them again and then... Yeah. If you have a chance to go see any of your favorite bands DO IT. You never know what will happen
I saw them during the World Coming Down tour... After the show, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, I stuck around hoping to meet the band, and possibly get an autograph, but I didn't see any of them anywhere. I gave up and headed for the doors. As I walked out, I noticed a crowd of people standing near a large dude across the street... Fuck, that's Peter Steele!!! I run over there, take some pictures (with an actual camera using film). I see Josh, Johnny, and Peter signing autographs. I walk up to Peter, he's standing on the street close/parallel to the sidewalk, and I'm up on the sidewalk, and I'm still looking up at him! I shake his hand, and my whole hand disappears...lol. He asked me if I enjoyed the show, and I said yes! I drove 5 hours to see you guys, and he smiled, then signed my World Coming Down cd insert. I had it framed with the concert ticket... GREAT MEMORIES! 🤘❤🤘
He lived in my neighborhood in Brooklyn, I used to see him and his girlfriend in the 90’s all the time. He had the coolest Mad Max inspired car with a hand grenade hanging on the rear view mirror. Truly a one of kind!
Hell yeah. Got to meet Johnny and Josh after they played at "The BlowOut" in Charlotte N.C after Pantera. Couple of the coolest guys you could ever meet.
He did that in Poughkeepsie, NY one year, tore them off and flung the strings into the crowd. My now wife caught one with her face. Thanks to her just standing there, it will forever be one of my top prized possessions. (She's fine.) 😁

Peter was an incredible musician... truly a singer that had such an amazing voice... the range, nuance, character, emotion, power... truly a unique expression when he sang!
I wouldn't normally watch an entire recorded live concert from a band. A lot of bands just sound like a sloppier version of their recordings when playing live. Not these guys. What a kickass sound and groove they have.
October 3rd, 2021, I work for a vapor retail, and have 14 employees that are aged 21/26 at best, I have shown five of them they way so far. Wish me luck as a deliver inventory to all 13 locations this month.
Saw them in LA twice, in 2000 and 2003. I was all set to see them again in Anaheim HoB in Jan 2008 when 2 bicycle police kicked me and my wife out for drinking OUR OWN BEER IN OUR OWN VEHICLE in the parking lot before the show. Turns out you're not allowed to bring your own alcohol onto the premises (even the fucking parking lot!!). FUCK the Anaheim Hob and FUCK Disney...fucking FASCISTS.
In 1995, I remember the only portable video recording device being the size of a lunch box and then some! How nice it was back then, that you didn't have to sneak that in!
This has got to be my favourite live footage. Absolutely incredible. Definitely feels like you are in the crowd but still incredible audio. And the camera panning to actually watch each of the band members individually makes it really feel like you are there. Thank you thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏻
EXCEPT that the cameraman fucks up on the FIRST track intro. Instead of panning left to Josh for the opening of 'Blood and Fire', he assumes it's Kenny, who stands there doing nothing as Josh plays anonymously....LEFT OF CAMERA.
Got To See Them On The Leg Of The Life Is Killing Me Tour In St. Louis At Pops. Pete Used His Tall Neck Bud Bottle As A Slide All Night, And The Banter Between Him And Kenny Was Epic. If we had only known. If we had known TON's music, the band, what they were about, how special they were, everything, the whole experience would have been 180 degrees the opposite. Wished we could tell you we felt stupid for not knowing, but at some point you're just grateful you found out about them and wished you had known, and maybe known enough to try and sneak into the front of the seating area instead in the second level scratching our heads. ;) Lesson learned.

Before people became too scared to take chances and be different.
They’ve figured out a formula (or algorithm) to monetize music these days. Artistry has nothing to do with it anymore.

I'm waiting to have his biography...i hope it will arrive soon!.. It's so sad that he died when he decided for drug terapy(sorry but i don't know how to write that word..i just studied a little English at school....Maybe it's "therapy"?)..
By the way...he was e genius! I heard some vocal coach talking about him..he was a talent with his voice!.. I don't love all songs but i love to hear his hot voice!

This is amazing, I’ve been back into this band and had forgotten the atmosphere they create. I saw them just a few weeks before this was filmed- incredible . Thank you Peter (& the guys) you were an original and a real rockstar. Rip
