Unlike many boats we see on UA-cam this is definitely a sea going boat. Grab rails, practical design and well equipped. I really like the fore deck. Very safe and hand friendly.
I was very impressed with this example of (relatively) affordable, long distance Motor Cruising. The galley made up for the lesser lounge area. The Classic wood work is wonderful. I think that i am not alone in feeling the importance of a "nautical design" is often missing with newer designs. *That Tug Model was built to a National Hobby Craft Level or above. Beautiful. Mechanicals seem to be very well cared for.
I’ve just recently become a regular viewer of your channel and I appreciate the thoroughness of your reviews. The explorer yacht genre of personal sailing vessels has always been a favorite of mine because of the versatility and ability to see more diverse areas of the world. Great presentation!🥃
I realize it's weird, but when I watch these tours I'm examining and evaluating from the perspective of a cat dad. And with this yacht, I think my feline could safely join the storied ranks of ships' cats. The scuppers are a bit big, which is worrying, and the open sides of the boat deck means that the fly bridge would be off limits to anyone walking on four legs, but overall it looks like it was designed with safety and stability in mind, and there's not much more that you could ask for.
This is how a pilot house should be! I really like this vessel, really, really. That said, I think the owners models are the bees knees! you’ve down a great job presenting this trawler!
A very cool boat with an excellent range. I noticed that the crew quarters were not only spacious but also finished to the same standard as the guest accommodation. Be great for exploring the Pacific.
Beautiful vessel. While taking this in i couldnt help but dream of my family and i sailing from our home port for an adventure, but i realized i could never afford such a vessel. Lol. Beautiful lady though and thanks for sharing with us.
Love the raised anchor tackle in the bow. Never seen that before; looks both safer & easier on the back for old geezers like me. Not a fan of the impractical raked pilothouse windows, though - odd choice for a trawler-styled vessel. Lovely inside - perhaps a bit too much wood, but great GA overall, imo. Good light without preposterously over-sized windows that would make me feel unsafe.
What a gorgeous boat with a very functional layout, incredibly clean cockpit/instrumentation! You'd think the owner would tidy it up a bit before the video though...makes it easier to visualize making it your own with less random stuff around...
I got spoiled by a previous tour of one equally gorgeous steel-hulled trawler yacht, and the specific way I got spoiled is that now I always look for a clear screen. It's not a hugely expensive add, but I always wonder why it wasn't added by the previous owner. ;-)
Nice boat, well looked after. I’d have to change the layout a bit, but that’s a personal thing. Accommodation looks good, crew quarters is pretty reasonable. Range is impressive. All in all a very decent yacht. Nice one
I like a vessel where one has access to the fly-bridge directly from the pilot-house, as there is here. Mounting external steps, even if protected, can be unpleasant……… I like your Van Der Valk subjects as they “tick” all MY boxes!
Yes, looks like a Damn Good Yacht 2 me crossing the Atlantic in Comfort ! I like the Style and lay out of the Yacht and I would B very Happy ! However I haven't yet been dealt the Right Cards ?? May B one day !! 😊😅
Which boat show would you recommend to introduce a product to the marine industry? Green ceramic coating that bonds to steel. Antimicrobial. Fire resistant to 1000 degrees F. Dries in 5 minutes. It is being used by Chevron and BP and others to prevent corrosion and fires
I would recommend sponsoring my channel 😉circa 800k views per month, you can’t go wrong ⚓️ Send me an email if you are interested (details in the video description)
Nice boat little too slow. Ship builders are happy with a standard 8 KN per hour but it takes a lifetime to get anywhere. We need an explorer yacht that can cruse at 12KN/hour
The difference in fuel consumption to gain 4.5 mph more speed is pretty extreme, isn't it ? Not to mention how uncomfortable 12 knots would be in all but the glassiest conditions on a boat that size/hull design.
I’m sorry but I agree with the validity of the question. The difference in time to cross the Atlantic at 8 versus 12 it’s is significant. I fully accept fuel consumption as being critical but I also think when you might need to get out of trouble having reserve speed is very important.

No thanks, shall I list list the reasons?

Well said!
What an extraordinary way to spend money, what a good taste, my congratulations to whom built this boat 👏👏👏

Awesome, thank you! I appreciate it 🫡
This is my favorite boat. I have watched over 100 boat videos. Stunningly beautiful.
🙌
Very nice. Well maintained to look brand new. She’s a beauty.

Gorgeous yacht, super live aboard and does not need a crew. PERFECT

Beautifull vessel, well presented. The layout of the boat is very thoughtful and practical. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it Thanks for the comment 🫡
Well done john!
Thank you! 🫡
Excellent condition, looks almost new. Very nice.
That boat the owner made is very awesome. I can't believe they have all that in a 65' boat.
Beautiful rugged boat capable of handling the rough Atlantic ocean

Great presentation. A joy to watch.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the comment 🫡
Thank you for the tour.
You bet
Excellent video Shippers ⚓😎
Thanks shipmate ⚓️ Always great to hear from an oppo BZ
Wow! I somehow missed this one. Wonderful!
Thank you! Cheers!
I hope the next owner keeps the same captain as he has done an excellent job and kept the boat in showroom condition! 👌💎👌
I think cool feature is that the mast comes down on a hidge possible great loop and Europe river crusier

3.000 NM ist a very cool range!!!
Beautiful
One of my 3 top favorite boats❤
Nice choice 🙌
Nice boat!
Very good video and gives a clear assessment of this impressive yacht!
Thanks! I appreciate the feedback 🫡
Nice boat! Thanks for sharing! 👍👍
Thanks for watching!
@@YachtBuoy 👍👍
One of the best boats on this size range.
Maybe in my next life. To cruise the Adriatic for months.

OMG love that boat, it looks like Dutch quality
Classic intemporel 👍
🙌
My perfect yatch.
Good show John.
Thanks! 🫡
Leasing Croatia I would head straight to the Vilamoura Marina in the Algarve, Portugal.
John, she's a beautiful yacht. If I could afford it that would be the I would buy or something very similar.
Thanks from İstanbul
Absolutely beautiful yacht. I think the layouts a little different. Love to steal all of the Range.
Great boat!
I appreciated everything about it
Would love to see a video of the Nordhavn 56 MS!
Nice boat, well looked after. I’d have to change the layout a bit, but that’s a personal thing. Accommodation looks good, crew quarters is pretty reasonable. Range is impressive.
All in all a very decent yacht.
Nice one
Super nice yacht, and love the presentation. Only we have never seen the flight bridge ☺
Sorry we did. LOL
🫡
Very nice yacht. If I was in the financial position to buy a yacht this one would be on my list.
yes
Love the yacht! I would want a hardtop on the fly bridge, carrying 2 or 3 additional solar panels.
Love this boat 🛥️

Parabeeeens, excelente oportunidade de compra de um iate p explorar o mundo q vc ainda não conhece.
Nice boat!
Whoah ! Das ist einen boot 😊.
I would like to see the overhead in the pilothouse a dark grey or black to cut down on glare. Be happy, be safe
Good job as usual. Beautiful boat.
Thank you very much!
Tell them to hold that boat. I'm going to win the lottery any day now.
🙌
Nice one !
Perkins engines. :)

As it is situated in Croatia, i would travel the path the Argos did and explore Hellas
bella barca complimenti al cantiere nautico, molto funzionale
If this was mine i would island hop in the south Atlantic Caribbean and head north to Nantucket Marthas vineyard in summer
I would have liked to see some footage of the sea trial. Manufacturers never show any footage of boats in rough conditions.
Great setup, a very nice boat.
It sure is!

awesome
wow , ,, thats smart.
I love the flag
Nice boat. I'd take to Turkey and trade it in for a Bering 65 or 72 or 77 or 78...😊
To me, the Bering 72’s pilot house (as well as all other areas) is the ideal owner / operator configuration.
Remarkable
well, done video

@@YachtBuoy ok
I'm guessing the owner is a Dalmatian who did well in Australia.
hum, i think reverse-raked windows are forward leaning, 16:18 , these are not that. but i could be wrong.
What did it say under the Jack Nicholson pic in the galley?
Nice boat, very liveable
From memory it said something along the lines of: “the less f__ks you give the more you enjoy life” 😅
Counter tops carved (?) from Brazilian Corian??? Is Corian different in Brazil???
One of the fjords in Norway
I would love to cruise around that area 😍
First stop Sansego. Then Moli Losin, Trieste, Venicia, Napoli and wherever the tides may venture….
You asked where would I go?
Hobart for the summer.
Beautiful boat, I suppose its gone. Just in case, is it still available?
She is still available 🫡 Link in video description

8 KN per hour? What is that? 8 Kts is 8 Kts. Clearly you don't know what you are talking about.

Still love the boat
They always show these boats in calm waters and beautiful sunny days how about in a storm pissing down with rain and being chased by pirates?
😂
Around 10 knots it's like a turtle!
If I only had 2mil
I’m not sure if the year was mentioned. If it was I missed it.
I will take it please.
Beautiful, sadly my budget would be more in line with the owners beautifully handcrafted models than the trawler yacht they live in.
it's a beauty but I'm 1.75 million Euros short 😇😎
Nice small boat. I would pay like a hundred bucks for it? Is it for sale?
I do think the fly bridge control station is lacking. Simple to fix, depending on the repeatability of key instrumentation.
Very nice but lacks distance
👏🍻
🙌
is this still foe sale ?
I believe so - The broker’s contact details are at the bottom of the video description 🙌
The two best days of owning a Yacht are the day you buy it and the day you sell it.
So cliche…
Yea, but worth repeating.@@terryv.2531
Life is what You make it ✌
If that's what you think and feel then boating life is NOT for you. Enjoy your house, mobile home or tent, the sea isn't for you.
Or the day your ship comes in, and Red Stripes’ nowhere in sight.
I assumed it would be more £££
That is a lot of boat for just under two million dollars.
