Ganz ehrlich, mit so einem Song auf dem letzten Platz zu landen zeigt einfach nur, wie politisch das ganze ist. Hier gewinnt schon lange nicht mehr der beste Musiker. Ich wäre dafür, dass wir den ganzen Unsinn aus deutscher Sicht einfach sein lassen. Keine Finanzierung mehr und keine armen Musiker, die man dahin schickt und die nieder gemacht werden. Lächerlich. Ich kenne auch kaum noch jemanden, der sich den Unsinn anschaut. Die Einschaltquoten würden mich mal interessieren.
Ist halt echt so. Wir haben es die letzten Jahre mit Songs probiert, die alle keinen letzten verdient hätten. Klar nichts besonderes aber immer letzter/vorletzter ist einfach lächerlich. Dann probieren wir endlich Mal was anderes als Radio Pop- wieder letzter. Vielleicht sollten wir nächstes Jahr unsere eigene Conchita Wurst hinschicken oder uns einfach von Russland angreifen lassen, damit es Mal was mit einem Sieg wird. Like in the German final as the won. The golden glitter have looks amazing to the song. But I’m so happy with the performance. I was in worry it would to be red but that’s actually perfect. I think some camera moments could be other chosen but even if that’s the same they will rock it.

It's such a fantastic song and finally something different from the usual pop/radio songs. It's fast, it's slow, soft and heavy and Chris' deep voice is amazing. There is so much going on in this song. Love it! 😍🇩🇪

Just switched off the broadcast after public vote for Germany. Can‘t believe this. There were other songs with no expression, no hook line which obtained more points. I am proud that Germany sent this group and song. It is part of diversity and represents one of the biggest music directions in our country.
Der Song von Schweden ist halt auch so 08/15. Klar nicht schlecht, aber nichts, was ich persönlich hören würde, typischer Radiopop halt. Und die haben gefühlt alle Punkte. Wenn Deutschland Radiopop schickt - letzter. Wenn Deutschland was ausgefallenes schickt - letzter. Ich glaube die gesamte ESC community hasst einfach nur Deutschland.

Ich denke manchmal auch das es was politisches ist. Irgendwas ist ja immer.. zu lange bei waffenlieferungen gezögert oder zu hart innerhalb Europas die eigene Position vertreten.. Its most likely because of the massive split between Finland and Sweden, they essentially hoovered up all of the public votes (1st and a distant but still very high 2nd). Norway and Croatia got a modest amount, but after that there wasnt too much left of the potential voting base Germany couldve had.

Well the last years the german viewers didn't have a say to the songs/ bands represending us. They changed it this year because the german ESC fans were pissed. Everyone could participate with their song online. And some got chosen for the german final (which hadn't been there anymore for years). The german fans could vote again and LOTL won. Edit: I hope they will reach top 10 if Not it will show me ESC ist only politcal nowadays.

Normally I'm a ninety's dance Musik lover, but this song is amazing! I loved it from the start. The same with Australia. They deserved more points too.
As a german I am very happy to see a Metal Performance like this, finally an act that kicks A** :) They truely performed awesome. Good luck! Sad that the german Jury realized to late that we have a chance with this type of music. I still feel so sad about last year. It would have been so cool for Electric Callboy with "Pump It" at the ESC.

Ganz ehrlich, mit so einem Song auf dem letzten Platz zu landen zeigt einfach nur, wie politisch das ganze ist. Hier gewinnt schon lange nicht mehr der beste Musiker. Ich wäre dafür, dass wir den ganzen Unsinn aus deutscher Sicht einfach sein lassen. Keine Finanzierung mehr und keine armen Musiker, die man dahin schickt und die nieder gemacht werden. Lächerlich. Ich kenne auch kaum noch jemanden, der sich den Unsinn anschaut. Die Einschaltquoten würden mich mal interessieren.

Ist halt echt so. Wir haben es die letzten Jahre mit Songs probiert, die alle keinen letzten verdient hätten. Klar nichts besonderes aber immer letzter/vorletzter ist einfach lächerlich. Dann probieren wir endlich Mal was anderes als Radio Pop- wieder letzter.
Vielleicht sollten wir nächstes Jahr unsere eigene Conchita Wurst hinschicken oder uns einfach von Russland angreifen lassen, damit es Mal was mit einem Sieg wird.

Liegt nur daran, weil es bei der Show nur noch um Politik geht und die meisten Nachbarländer sich gegenseitig Punkte geben und Schweden hat gewonnen, weil die der NATO beigetreten sind.

Like in the German final as the won. The golden glitter have looks amazing to the song. But I’m so happy with the performance. I was in worry it would to be red but that’s actually perfect. I think some camera moments could be other chosen but even if that’s the same they will rock it.

It's such a fantastic song and finally something different from the usual pop/radio songs. It's fast, it's slow, soft and heavy and Chris' deep voice is amazing. There is so much going on in this song. Love it! 😍🇩🇪

Just switched off the broadcast after public vote for Germany. Can‘t believe this. There were other songs with no expression, no hook line which obtained more points. I am proud that Germany sent this group and song. It is part of diversity and represents one of the biggest music directions in our country.

Ich denke manchmal auch das es was politisches ist. Irgendwas ist ja immer.. zu lange bei waffenlieferungen gezögert oder zu hart innerhalb Europas die eigene Position vertreten.. Wenn Europäer zu uns kommen, dann normslerweise nicht für Kultur oder sowas sondern zum Arbeiten.

Its most likely because of the massive split between Finland and Sweden, they essentially hoovered up all of the public votes (1st and a distant but still very high 2nd). Norway and Croatia got a modest amount, but after that there wasnt too much left of the potential voting base Germany couldve had.
Fühlt sich immer noch surreal an dass wir nach all den Jahren braver Popnummern ohne echten Wiedererkennungswert tatsächlich einen ESC-tauglichen Beitrag nach Liverpool schicken. 🤯

Well the last years the german viewers didn't have a say to the songs/ bands represending us. They changed it this year because the german ESC fans were pissed. Everyone could participate with their song online. And some got chosen for the german final (which hadn't been there anymore for years). The german fans could vote again and LOTL won.
Edit: I hope they will reach top 10 if Not it will show me ESC ist only politcal nowadays.
