Racist Driving Instructor Fails Black Student For No Reason

- While taking his driving exam, Dalex is met by a rude and seemingly prejudiced instructor. Nothing the young man seems to do is good enough. During the parking portion of the exam, the instructor, Judith, is distracted and doesn't see Dalex pull into the space. She demands he pulls out and parks the car again. While he is backing up in the parking spot, Judith fakes an injury, thinking this will ruin his chances of getting a driver's license. Unbeknownst to Judith, her boss witnessed the entire altercation and was about to have a word with this Racist Karen.

Daryl Mayer, who played her boss, usually plays Karens. She usually plays the racist police officer who arrests black people for no reason, other than being black. And usually they end up being the chief's son or daughter.
Moral: NEVER fake an injury, especially a serious one, to get attention or profit, because it can be a crime (if it involves money) and/or have serious natural consequences to the people who didn't fake it.
He's a very respectful young man. He treated her with the utmost respect and all she saw was color!

The actors played their parts amazingly well. The story lines are needed. This lady is my favourite Karen. She is really good at whatever part she portrays. I love them all.

Or, even if the judge isn’t the mother of the driving student, and either if the judge is a man or a woman, the judge could still be a black person, and he or she might be all up in Judith’s ass, and try to get her to breakdown and confess on why she was being a racist bitch for no reason. I mean, the black guy was just being a nice man, as well as being a gentleman, and he was trying to get his drivers license, and she was being a rude bitch the whole time, not even allowing him to get his drivers license until her boss walked up, and she cleared everything, and fired that racist and bitchy woman, who was clearly being stupid and crazy, as well as being racist to him for no reason, and she definitely got what she deserved.
It's sad how racist she's being towards him just because he's Black! I'm glad it ended well for him and that her boss fired her!

Judith definitely got what she deserved at the end. Dalex did nothing wrong when he was taking the exam, and all the excuses Judith made up was nothing but crap. She deserved to be fired at the end.
She'd be more than fired if she were a state employee. Most DMV or equivalents have an investigation and enforcement arm within the agency with the same police power as a state trooper. There are two officers per office in most cases: uniformed for security and plain clothes. Same training, same oath, same authority. If I were the lady seeing that I'd not only fire that lady, I'd call that officer over to place her under arrest and charge her with the equivalent to federal equal rights laws. Like most federal laws, there is equivalent state law for state enforcement agencies and/or courts to enforce as well.
Malfeasance by an agent of or representative of the state is considered a felony even if the crime if committed by a non-state representative would be a misdemeanor otherwise.
She'd likely have the book thrown at her for the same reasons cops, lawyers, teachers et al: they all might be civilians but the jobs they hold carry a public trust and thus held to higher standards and therefore much more dire consequences than the average civilian for violating that trust.

@@beckykennedy6886 she's lucky she was just fired. The racist behavior with her being an employee or representative of the state and blatant abuse of that authority on that basis is a felony. She could and should be arrested, charged, tried, convicted. Most places, that's 2-5 years plus a $2500-$5000 fine and liable to triple damages on top of any punitive damages a jury might also award if she was also sued in civil court.
The transcript of a related criminal trial resulting in conviction and serving a prison sentence would be more than enough for a slam dunk case in civil court.
If I was the judge, I'd throw the book at her and give her the maximum sentence with her being a civil servant who did that. That's the usual punishment for certain civil servants who commit and get convicted of certain crimes ie: cops, firefighters, teachers, lawyers, certain officials. Though they are civilians, those jobs require a public trust and have extensive background checks up to being personally investigated to obtain those jobs in the first place, trained in and knowledge of the law in a higher capacity than most and privy to certain knowledge most are not.
As such, those people are held to a higher standard than laypeople and thus punished harsher since they know better than most.

Oh my god... that last bit cracked me up when Judith sued for "defamation of character". She deserved to be fired. I did not like the way she treated that student because of his race, especially when she said something about "drug money" in front of that student. That was highly racist. And the nerve of that Karen to fake a foot injury when that tire was NOWHERE near her foot. Damn, I'm so glad she got fired. The moral of the story is to treat everyone equally regardless of race, religion, gender, disability, and sexual orientation.

Happens all the time. I was failed because I didn't approach a junction FAST enough. A few days later my white colleague hit another car during his test by running into the back of it and passed. My instructor warned me about her and was not too surprised

You know what FORESHADOWING is in fiction? Its a literary term. When that evil middle aged Karen said her CAT WAS SICK I think its foreshadowing that she will in her later years be a crazy old CAT LADY, a term for an older woman who has no friends and her only companionship is her pet cats. I first saw this archetype in the 1985 movie GREMLINS.
