Customer was driving last summer. He heard a loud bang and the engine stopped. It turns out the distributor drive gear stripped and the ignition went out of time.
Me and my brother both had a 68 vette. His looked exactly like that one. Same color and everything. His was a small block with an automatic mine was a big block with a 4 speed.
Sounded like hardly any squeeze there. But audio never transposes well like this. Also nice to know I’m not the only one who forgets things like disconnecting the battery until I wedged myself into some Tupperware car.
