@phillipduvall8638 this song really showcases the drums. No question. Tosin Abasi is easily one of the greatest guitarists in history. Saw AAL on the Dreamsonic tour last year. Mind blowing! Seeing them again this Fall. Will be mind blowing once again and Matt is a prime driver of that experience. His groove is spot f*cking on!

I can't watch Matt Garstka playthrough a whole song without busting out in laughter at least once from how impressive it is, it's almost stupid.

When you think a song is already a masterpiece and extremely hard to play, here comes Matt to further improve it and make it even MORE INSANE

I remember hearing Matt for the first time about 10 years ago and thinking: "how in the world is this guy even playing this?"
Seeing him play now is similar to watching the evolution of Benny Greb over several years for me... It's INSANE these guys are still improving. We've got to get to work drummers! 🙃

He has great self control the way he goes from powerful to quick and precise was awesome. That’s particularly hard for me to do. It’s a completely mental thing for me. His self discipline is outstanding for this he doesn’t loose any control at all.
