Solfeggio frequencies form part of an ancient scale that was rediscovered in the early 70’s. They are a tone sequence of special tonal frequencies. Originally used in Gregorian chants for centuries, they recently were brought to everybody’s attention for their healing powers. The music in this video was composed in the seventh tone of the modern Solfeggio frequency scale: The tone “Sol” at 741Hz.
This tone is known to resonate with the cells and organs of our body and help remove toxins, infections and electromagnetic radiation. It promotes a healthier and more stable life. Spiritually, emotionally and physically. The frequency of 741 Hz also helps us to liberate ourselves from negative energy, as well as from all emotional restrictions, negative influence and blockages that are associated with. Do you remember when you were little. When you lived to go shopping, or even following your loved ones taking the rubbish out. It was the greatest feeling in the world. Just to be with those we love. I have lost a whole world of people I love. And I don't know in the flesh, how to show them the light and love inside me. When my life has been but a dim shadow of what I truly am. And yet the children keep pointing to me, and seeing me. And I keep trying. And I don't want them to see how I truly feel. Because I feel their pain. And I can't stop it. Only they can.

I can't sleep.. I'm having a manic episode and this is the only thing helping my mind slow down..
I am in a moment of transition right now: I have left something very enormous and overwhelming behind but it was a massive part of my identity for the better part of a decade. The time, money, and mental energy I poured in brought so much good to the world and I prided myself in my work but in the end, I’ve had to let it go for my own sanity and strength. I have no idea what the universe has to hold for me and right now, I am staring into a void without direction and I am terrified… but this is also a chance for healing. It is a chance for a new start and in my bones, I know what is out there will be better for me. I feel greatness starting to stir here- the person I want to really be is begging to come out and I am allowing myself to listen to them for the first time in too long.
I may be reading these comments while crying in bed at 2:24 am but this is not the first time, nor will it be the last time. It is just a time for change in life: a natural metamorphosis for the sake and cycle of growth and these tears and worries are a wholesome part of accepting it. It hurts to prune away the dead parts of a plant that used to be beautiful and that you once tended with care- but how can fresh, lovely things grow otherwise?

Just know that this works, how do i know? Because last night i could not sleep for a hour straight and then i saw random pairs of eyes staring at me, opening there mouths, and just being scary from the walls of my household, even when i closed my eyes! I know it sucks right now, I know that doesn’t even begin to cover the soul pain you’re in. I feel it too, while writing this. I’m still here though, and so are you. Went to lay down and sleep but had an anxiety attack and got up. I started to read the online bible because I was sweating lightly and needed to get my mind off of the anxiety I slowly breathed through it but I couldn’t lay back down started listening to meditation music but the ones I chose wasn’t working. Then I found this one and soon I claimed down and started feeling better and sleepy. I have saved this one so I don’t have to hunt around for it. Thanks to the person/people who created this soothing video. 🙏✝️🕉️🙏
