Do you/can you make a video on if you want to stream using this exact set up, how would you connect WIRELESS headphones to OBS and how your stream audience would hear you? As well as listening to game and talking with teammates? I see plenty of streamers use wireless and just wanted to know how this is possible when playing on console, but streaming from a PC like you did in this video. Thanks!

Yea my Astro a40 don’t worry like that chief I put the long side in my elgato and I put the mic part in my mix amp and the cord that goes from my headset goes in the other side

This is cool but can u make a video of a current gen version since not everyone has a ps5 yet
Great video but the audio issue is easily sorted, in OBS or SLOBS you have to go to the settings of the capture sound and set the preference to 'Monitor/Output' and this will push the sound into the stream and through your headphones!

@@Hightz216I’ve a Regular Dell laptop. It’s no gaming laptop at all but it’s a core i5. Anytime I record via a capture card on my ps5, the recording ends up being laggy. Any help?
@@elijnr might need a better processor i5 is a bit dated and a regular dell laptop doesnt sound like it could handle all that work
If u plug in your own mic to talk to stream will u still be able to talk to your team mates?
The HDCP issue, for the most part. Is only a PS5 thing. The Xbox consoles only run HDCP when a copy protected video stream is active, so only while using Netflix or other app. HDCP doesnt run at all on the Xbox while a game is being played.
You still cant open a streaming app while connected to a capture card though, as the console can detect when it is. But a HDMI splitter usually negates that, as 99% of them strip out the HDCP signal.
Exactly and the same thing for the audio outputs. The S/X series allow to output audio on both headphones and hdmi. The ps5 doesn't allow it and so you absolutely need the chatlink

@@remyboismith no there is 1 hdmi in on the elgato, that one goes to your ps5/xbox, the hdmi out goes to your screen, the usb in the pc, then in obs studio/streamlabs you can see what you capture via the usb connection in the program. Hope this helps 😎👍🏻

And how does my other screen with the pc turn on if I don’t have another hdmi from pc connected to it. So is everything suppose to be on one screen that’s where I’m confused at bro

@@remyboismith yes thats the usb, in obs you can select what you want to see on what screen. You have to create multiple sources. Video in and video out. Hope it helps !

you have it complete backwards. any FPS UNDER the refesh rate will not tear, however any FPS OVER the monitors refresh rate will cause vertical tearing. You have it backwards

Yes finally found a video that is exactly what I’ve done today doing a complete new stream reset.
But sadly you didn’t get to my problem.
How can I make my headphone audio louder , without making my stream louder.
Because right now, I have my game audio, quite but stream audio is fine.
But I can’t make it louder as it then gets too loud for my viewers.🤷♂️
So please someone tell me , how can I get a way of being able to change my and streams game audio separately??

You also missed a massive point that will trip a lot of people up.
If you use the chat link, which you have to on console, you also have to go into the 4K Elgato app and change the output from HDMI to Analogue, otherwise you don’t get any sound at all.👍

Btw you don’t need a capture card or pc for streaming you can do it from the ps5 itself and if you have the ps app you can record videos as well
