@@MsJelena Privet Jelena! Just one advice from your German subscriber from Berlin.
German education system will be crumbling together with the already declining economy and security as well. Even there in BW countryside. It will not get any better but definitely worse by the day.
Rent your apartment. there are plenty of management companies available for that matter.
Your ex-husband can prepare your flat for that matter and remove your personal belongings.
You don't make much money but even a few hundred a month are enough for sustaining life in the PI.
I plan to do the same with my place in Berlin.
Additionally your YT income should be plenty enough to provide you the amount of money you need for your life on Samal.
Educate your children online (home schooling) in Russian and get a tutor for additional English lessons if necessary.
And after one year you can evaluate if that is working out for you and perhaps until then you make enough money to afford the fees for a nice private school in Davao (1500 $ a year).
Happy mom, happy children. Which is enough not even to consider to go back to Germany. Not to mention that Russian online education is better than public school education in Germany.
Last advice: Find another steady income stream. I mentioned you that before. Look into algo trading. It's fairly easy to do. Confusing and a steep learning curve at the beginning but then low maintenance once it's set up and running.
      I do that already.
And will be moving to Davao either next year or the year after.
I'm only keep staying in Germany for the sake of my old parents.

I think since they are young if you immerse your kids in a new school with new language, they will adapt and learn. Get them an English language teacher from the Philippines. Let them play with Filipino kids on the street so that they can learn the language.

Hi Jelena! Most celebrities and other families who have a busy schedule in Philipines opted for Home Schooling. Some home schooling in the Philippines are international home schooling. They offer English language mostly. It will help your kids balance studies and traveling. My son did the same while he was new here in Dubai last year.

My little brother and sister were homeschooled during their grade and high school years. They probably started in 2005. When they finished high school, they entered college with no problems, and now they’ve both graduated and have decent jobs. Homeschooling was hard for them in the first month, but after that, they started enjoying it a lot. Your kids should each have their own desktop or laptop. They can share a table or have their own, but the environment should be quiet. No loud music, although I think your neighbors love to sing karaoke.😅

Jelena, elementary and high school are the most memorable education years of any child. So let your kids continue their elementary education in Germany with their father. If you still want to live in Samal Is., you can have your kids spend their school vacation in the Philippines but try to visit them in Germany from time to time, especially on special occasions.
Jelena, do not miss this time of your children's life, the memories when your children are growing up, learning about themselves, their lives, friends, parents, relatives, places, events, occasions... Children grow so fast. In a few years, whether you like it or not, your children will leave you; and have their own lives. So... your priority now, at their age, are your children. And you, you can manage yourself well; and your children know that. God bless you all. 🌞💪💞💐😘

Honestly i wouldn't recommend any school in Germany. The education system here (i am German) is failing completely. It's merely indoctrination with very little to no proper knowledge teaching anymore.
Home schooling in Russian on Samal or a private school in Davao is definitely better. They learn English on the go (perhaps with some extra lessons) and Bisaya/Tagalog too.
Also way cheaper in each and every way (by costs of living and education and compared to flying around forth and back) and Jelena has her kids all the time around as that is what she wants (and very probably the children too).
Instead their father could come on over to the Philippines as he once did (for vacation).
That with the father doesn't work as supposed anymore. When you watch all the videos of her you'll see it.
Plus, Germany and the collective West are crumbling and will end up in a few years being type of unruling forth world countries with no culture, security, freedom and functioning economy, education and healthcare.
      It's already obvious.

You can then evaluate if they are learning, if it's worth a way to school them or better be in a school. By that time also maybe you will have the means to send them to an international school.and or be guided on where they should really study. Wish you the best for the 3 of you. God bless.❤

You are truly in a very difficult situation. Education is very important most especially in a very young age. If only both kids are proficient in English , it will not be a problem whether they go to a public or private school.
My honest opinion is better to go back to Germany for the meantime to continue your children’s education so that they will not miss out the grade level they should be in right now. Then enroll them in English classes so by next school year they can study already in the Philippines.
It will be an advantage to your children that they can be multilingual- Russian, German, English and hopefully, they will, learn speak Tagalog too.
Sacrifice just one year for the education of your children.
But of course , whatever your decision, we will still support and love you. It’s not easy to be a single parent. And you are blessed that you have understanding and Loving children.
    God Bless All of you🙏❤️❤️❤️

Both kids are proficient in Russian and Russia has the far superior education next to China and Japan in the world.
German education system is already declining heavily and produces nothing anyone would call a decent education anymore.
Home schooling in Russian is perfect. And the kids can learn nicely at home and learn Russian, English and Bisaya at the same time.
They probably will even remember some German after the years to come. But it's not even necessary. Since they are speaking Russian as their home language (and are therefore basically Russians) they could even go to Russia some day. The only ark of European high culture left there.

I totally agree and support your suggestion and plan for the education of your kids while they are in the Philippines. Yes, try the online learning (education/schooling) for now at least they will be at par with the standard of education in Europe (Germany & Russia) I honestly feel it can work the only downside that I see of this system is that Emma and Dominic may get bored on the long run cause online -study will be no social interaction with other classmates. (Correct me if I`m wrong) But you mentioned, that during the pandemic that is what`s being done to educate continuously children. This is a very good alternative for your kids Jelena. I think online schooling is good for older kids but since Emma and Dominic are still very young, they need to interact with other kids in the same age group. Since Germany has free schooling and has the best schools, and they speak the language already, it would be best for them to get their education there. Also, their dad will be closer. They can always visit the Philippines during school breaks.
Also heard about the kids of Max that got bullied in Samal so they left and moved to Bali. Hope your kids don’t get bullied in Samal.

Unfortunately Germany doesn't have good schools anymore. The whole education system produces millions of indoctrinated children with no knowledge whatsoever. Millions can't even write and read. That's official statistic, not just hearsay. And it only will get worse. It's really horrible. They don't even have enough teachers anymore to maintain any scheduled lessons. So, for instance they nowadays combine maths, physics and chemistry lessons into one. And only one lesson per week.
I never ever would send my kids to any school in the collective West. Especially not in the US, UK, Germany.
For Jelenas kids homeschooling in Russian language is perfect. Combined with English lessons and some Bisaya lessons.
After school (at home) they still have enough time to run around and meet other children in the neighbourhood.

Speaking as a mother, you could not prioritize the kids and you at the same time, once you have children your priority change. Good basic education will mold their future. Our country has good private & international school, unfortunately they are expensive. I've been living in the US for most of my life and few years in Switzerland. I know how high the standard of their educational system. It will be the. kids advantage if they go school in Europe, they'll be closer to their father. Please make sure the kids learn English as their 2nd language, it will be their advantage. Good luck on your kids online schooling.

My children and I have homeschooled for 4 years since the pandemic and it has really been an incredible experience. They go out in the afternoons when the other children get home from school and play. An element of homeschooling is the freedom and flexibility as well as letting go of the traditional ways public school has taught us to learn and grow. Think of all the ways your kids are already learning new being in a new country. Homeschooling is a perspective shift as well. Seeing the way kids learn and grow daily… example learning math and science while cooking. Learning geography and world studies while traveling around the Philippines. You’re an amazing mother. You’re doing incredible things showing your children dreams are possible and sometimes it takes a moment for it all to settle in. Patience’s, grace with yourself and each other. This is all a whole new experience. Momma to momma sending you a big hug.

If you want to stay on Mindanao but have no problem moving, there is Liceo de Cagayan High School in Cagayan de Oro City, which even has german lessons certified by Germany.
Otherwise there's only German European School in Manila.
But good options are international schools all around the Philippines, for example in Cebu or also Dauin Dumaguete that I know in the South of Philippines that I could recommend.
They will have perfect preconditions to pursue any education and job they want later.
Cebu and Dauin are both NOT in the big city (Cebu it's in the mountains, Dauin is a small little town near Dumaguete with lots of foreigners including Russians, like Alex Kosh or a Filipino russian couple, the Stepanovs with kids who are also vloggers but I forget the channel name), it would be easy to settle and still live in nature.

    • @i-am-your-conscience
      @i-am-your-conscience Місяць тому

In Dauin is "One International School Philippines" which is a private school with british curriculum, in a popular area for expats..
in Cebu is "Cebu International School" in Pit-Os, a Cebu Barangay very close to nature, so you can have province life with high standards in education.
The Cagayan de Oro example is a more standard, not international school, but it has german classes, which could be helpful.
For a full-flegded german education leading to both "Abitur" and international degree, there is only GESM / Eurocampus, in Paranaque Manila, where both the german school and the french school is located.. It is a top-tier school - but it is sadly only in Metro Manila, a bith south of the Airport.

I also would like to do a proposal: As you are deeply involved in this topic, how about visiting these schools and inform yourself about what they offer - and then put it online on your vlog. Because mostly people watching certain vlogs are people who can identify with yourself. So there will be a good percentage of families with kids who have the same problem / thoughts.. You could get information yourself but also for all others who have those questions ;)

All students that will transfer schools to another country , they will go down one level of schooling unless they are evaluated by the schools their level of knowledge.. admissions exams are given..
different countries, different schools have different curriculums thats why schools give evaluations to the incoming students .
Most important is they should learn english because that is the international language..advantage of philippines is that english is the second language and people speak english even from kindergaten. Other subjects follow..that is if you really want to stay in philippines with you children.
Even if they study in germany their whole life and they dont speak english , if it happens that they want to go abroad still they will struggle… my opinion only
