    Well this all sounds good, but even if a worker was severely injured and the IME doctor sees the same, the IME doctor will still lie in his report that it's not severe because that doctor was paid to do. Even when they know multiple other doctors would disagree. It's all about money.

      In a perfect world, everyone- EVERYONE-would only speak the truth.
      We do not live in a perfect world.
      Your statement-“It’s all about money” is absolutely true- but NOT just in reference to the insurance company (defendant). They do want to do all they can to save money, yes.
      BUT, the injured (plaintiff) wants to receive as much money as they can!!!

      @@garypiatt4666I'm in a bad faith claim now with tons of evidence of even fabricating medical records. Yet they're still trying to lowball settlements with brain injury claiming it was "preexistent" or in my "mind". I have $100s of thousands of treatment planned.. They want me to run out of settlement money in 3 years LOL. I'm prob going to trial instead

    I have a question
