    Great content. A lot of useful info condensed into the videos. Glad I just found your channel. Have you ever done a video about the realistic expected earnings for a Deal Sourcer on Year 1, 2 and 3? It'd be interesting to get rough figures of earning potential.

    Great video hit all of the points but I will just add - the hard part is the investors - I spend 3-4 hours everyday cold calling leads adding them to my list, I post content too but if you go down that route expect to post consistently for 6 months+ before you get traction. You'll have these issues with any business. Its just not as easy as you think!

      I agree, we always say finding a deal is the easier part but finding an investor to buy that deal is near enough impossible when you have no social proof. Most educators tell you “find a good deal and the investor will come” which is not the case. Deal sourcing is a 2 sided business, you need the deals and you need the investors.       @@FontaineBrothers You're right, it lead me down the path to learn all about lead generation. Anyone reading this I highly recommend Alex Hermozi's book $100m leads. And I also recommend watching SMMA/Lead Gen agency UA-cam channels. All their tactics work for deal sourcing.

      Yes mostly investor wants to work with the same builder who viewed the property and provided build quote

    With your course and business group. Do you provide all the guides for the legality of this type of business? I understand the deal sourcing itself, I understand communicating with investors and estate agents. But, I am clueless with the legal side of this business model.

    Can you do deal sourcing remotely or does every deal require you to be there in person?

      We do most of out deals remotely, also many members of the dealers club do too. It requires a bit more work but ultimately it’s all about building relationships with agents, builders, other sourcers etc

    The analysers you pay for are in read only mode btw so you can’t use them.

    Curious, do you have any qualifications? Like university degree? I ask as i dont myself and work in warehouse and wanted to know if i could get into real estate or go to university and get a degree like accounting/finace that might be benfeicial.

      Hi mate never went to uni or further education, got into sales after school and then started a business and got into property. You don’t need uni to get into property👌
