I just bought a 2000 Honda Accord last week! Got it from a man who purchased it brand new in 2000 for 22,000 dollars! 50,000 miles ago he put all new timing belt, drive belts, power steering pump and alternator on it. Last year he put brand new tires in it. He only drove it a little over 5,000 miles a year!!! I snagged it for 3,200 dollars!!!! It looks and drives just like new. I’m now hooked on Honda 🙌🏼 Great video, thanks for sharing!
I have the same exact car but with tinted windows. A friend was going to junk it for $200. I convinced her to let me take it off her hands. I found out, when i picked it up, that it was her aunts commenter, which, between 2000 and 2018, she only drove it 80k miles. When i got it in 2020, it had 115k on it. The issues it had was a blown head gasket, blown radiator, driver window didn’t work, new battery and a oil leak where the water pump was. All in all, i invested about $1400 in it and it runs like a champ. No check engine light or maintenance lights.
Do you still have it? I do. It is excellent car, saving gas super effectively. I can't let go of it. I did not find a car with windows like this model in the new models that I like. Of course, it has been maintained well here and there. But it keeps running well though it might make a bit more noise now for being 22 years old. Did you ever drive it across country?
