Hello! I have this product with the straight top bar (no dip handles). I'm curious--if you still own this product--and don't mind entertaining me, would you mind measuring the distance between the dip handles? If you no longer use this product, would you consider selling me the top piece? Let me know, thank you!
Hello. I just wanted to let you know that after watching this video, I decided to purchase the Elite XL Pull Up Bar and bag. I also liked how you showed how to set it up because the paper instructions were a little confusing. The pull up bar is a solid product. Thank you.
Hello, Wildernessways. Thanks to your video, I went ahead and ordered one of these bars. It really is a remarkable and beautiful piece of exercise equipment. I'm 6'3" 230, and it's perfectly stable for doing *controlled* pull-ups and chin-ups. I also attach resistance bands to it for tricep pulldowns and other exercises. I love that you can put it up in your living room, in your backyard, or wherever. When you disassemble it, you can put it in the case and tuck it away under your bed or in a corner (it's a pretty small footprint). My only gripe is that it's pretty wobbly when used for dips, but that's not a big deal. Thanks again for a great review.
Awesome awesome video Wildernessways. Very informative. Congrats on you being able to do pullups. Im going on 61 y.o. 5ft 10in tall at about 205 pounds and I cant do one pullup or chinup. Im sure this will change once I get this baby. I agree on getting the kids outside and exercising something that our generation always did. Thank you Sir.
About how long did it take to receive your Pullup bar once you ordered? I’ve ordered the same product after seeing your review but its already been two weeks with no updates from the company. Thanks for the helpful review!
I almost like it, but seems unstable, surely cant do Calisthenics at home with that extra grip on the top....look not to solid either.....well it surely works for normal pull ups and dips :)
All I can say is that for a portable, packable pull up bar, it is stable enough for me to do pull ups on and I weigh over 220 pounds. I am not aware of a more stable self supporting system out there.
I love mine. I use a USA (Universal Strength Apparatus) on mine. They no longer sell those but 2 Metolius ladder aider's would work just fine.
This video was very helpful to me in making a purchasing decision. Thanks for taking the time to make it.

Great idea about the resistance bands. Thanks John.

Thanks for the upload!
Hmmm... It bothers me that there is no locking mechanism (everything just slides onto everything else).
Oh, it's Me Again. Nice to see Me Again!

So how is the bar doing several months later? :)
+Jonathan Yoon It is holding up well. No QC problems, it could definitely hold up to way more abuse than I will ever put it through.

Thanks for the update! Good luck with your fitness progress.

looks unstable
It isn't I feel very confident and comfortable on this bar.
it's not stable god damn it
It is stable enough for me, why the hostility?
No hostility. I was just frustrated because I really wanted to get it, but it seems not very stable when you're at it.

WOBBLY AF.
Do you own one so this comment is from personal experience? I weigh 215 and it is as steady as any portable chin up bar I have ever seen or used.
